The location was excellent, being close to Downtown, the Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa. A taxi to these places would cost around 40 DHM. The JBR and Marina area are a 30-40 minute drive away. Overall, I loved my stay with them. There were some issues with the room's electrical system, but these were promptly addressed. I was on holiday with my family, including my 8-month-old child. He enjoyed the stay, and I felt comfortable. The staff was helpful. Anton, the front office manager, is a great guy. He upgraded our room, recognizing that we would need more space with an 8-month-old. Gundu in the room service department was also fantastic. A big shout-out to everyone else on the staff as well. Breakfast needs upgrade / It's same everyday - If you are staying for longer days - Can't have same stuff everyday.

Aloft Hotels is a hotel chain, owned by Marriott International. hotel has big room with coffee machine and kettle (if you want) & Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and breakfast salon. hotel has 6 floor, and roof pool and night bar in roof that it is noisy!! so we stay in lower floor! you can ask staff for everything that you need (sleepers, coffee capsule, soap, tooth brush and etc.) and it will be ready in 5 min.

location is far from everything, but they have shuttle service to go to Dubai mall and airport (3 times daily). and if you use “CAREEM” app, it will help you to take taxi and order food.

Loved the room. It was very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff were all exceptional. Ahmed at reception really helped us to have an awesome stay. The pool was awesome, as was the rooftop bar/lounge. It was relaxing and the food was super good. Would definitely come back.

If I had to be picky I wished the espresso machine was used properly at the breakfast. I saw they had an espresso machine, but I think they used the automatic latte maker machine instead for lattes, which don't taste as good. The food was great but I wish they had more options or mini yoghurt parfaits like other hotels in Dubai. I also didn't like the vagueness of the airport shuttle. Just so you know, you have to call ahead of time and arrange the airport shuttle pickup. It doesn't arrive at any set time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aloft Al Mina and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel incredibly welcome. They were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Their professionalism truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The catering team deserves special mention as well. The meals were outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, the food was always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The dining staff were attentive and ensured that the service was impeccable. Housekeeping was equally impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival and maintained to the highest standards throughout my stay. The attention to detail was evident, and it made for an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing environment.

First of all, the whole place is so welcoming. Comfortable clean rooms, and good facilities (everything works). The staff (especially Megha, she was extremely reliable--such a blessing) to the security personnel, everyone is so sweet and helpful. The location of the property is just perfect, it's close to all the major destinations. I didn't try the breakfast but I'm certain that it is worth every penny.

There is nothing to complain about.

Mary helped me out so much and was very understanding and made life easy for me. I requested a late check out as my flight was not until 1am the next day. She worked it out and asked me to pay a fair amount which was reasonable. The room was very clean and provided and the necessary items. I had stayed at the Radisson Blu further up north and although they stated 5 star I think I found the staff and atmosphere much better here.

Can’t fault it. Except there are some roadworks but I was provided a room away from that so was not affected.

Was to a hotel on a short stay. The room is VERY spacious! Staff is friendly and very polite. The hotel is a part of Mariott Bonvoy which allows you to use the bonuses (not if booked via Booking.com though).

The reception does not allow couriers to deliver to the room front door. You are required to come downstairs yourself. Bulbs in the room lamps were not working. The staff did not have a chance to replace it due to a short duration (I let them know only at the checkout) of my stay but not critical. There is a construction work right outside of the building. Not many places to walk around.
