I liked location and staff were amazing and helpful..

Bed was hard to sleep..

I had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Dubai Deira, a hotel that truly blends comfort, style, and excellent service in the heart of the city. The vibrant design and welcoming atmosphere made my visit enjoyable from start to finish. I would like to give special thanks to HACHEM at the reception for his warm hospitality, professionalism, and always being ready to assist with a smile. A big thank you also to Prakash Lama, the housekeeper, for keeping the room spotless and ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. Their dedication and friendliness truly made a difference.

However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The staff at the entrance gate did not assist with luggage during check-in or check-out, which was disappointing, especially after a long journey. Additionally, the TVs in the rooms are not smart TVs, which limits entertainment options for guests. With a few upgrades and better support at the entrance, the overall experience could be even better

Loved the location... Busy, but not disturbing... On the border of new Dubai gold souk, but walking distance to old Dubai (10mins)... Walking distance to metro station (5 mins). Classy yet small and cozy!! :) there's a small water dispenser in the room so water is available all the time.... At the reception area water is also available (cucumber, mint, or lemon, different kinds everyday) which was truly refreshing after coming from the outside heat/humidity!! The roof pool is amazing, with an indoor bar, and sitting area (all on the roof). Being by the pool provided cool breeze despite the heat... I went different times during the day, they were all amazing. They unfortunately do not have a bellboy, but the staff were super helpful, and friendly.... Especially Mousumu, Sadha, Masitha, Grace,... Just to name a few!! My trip was about relaxing more than anything... So it was perfect!!

Nothing really, perhaps a few points for consideration!: I looove tea!!! Anytime of day... Despite having a kettle, and other amenities in the room, milk was not provided,.. (something to perhaps consider! ;) ). Maybe consider having a bellboy? Breakfast buffet absolutely delicious, but other fruit options would be awesome! Nothing else honestly...

Great location close to the Gold Souk and metro, very clean, and nice staff. Overall a pleasant experience, would definitely book again! The rooms were great and everything was comfortable and welcoming.

Breakfast buffet was standard at best, still acceptable and decent though. I would rather have a much higher quality single breakfast meal than a generic buffet. If that could be implemented as an option, that would be much better.

First of all I love the view of both pool and the room. Second they have given us a room with the bath tub. And lastly the staff’s are exceptional, Charlene of Front Desk made an effort to decorate and surprise my daughters upcoming birthday 🎉 the cake that they gave was sooo good they have given her a box of chocolate and some key chain that was all unexpected 😄 then there’s Dan from F&B who was very kind, polite and very attentive who made our breakfast experience extra ordinary. And lastly there’s a guy on the pool area which I forgot his name he’s very jolly and knows how to speak to the kids, he was very attentive and very prompt and very helpful.

I can’t think of anything I don’t like about this hotel

Clean and comfortable rooms, Staff was wonderful, helpful and polite, could not do enough for us. Hence, we have booked already to come back in May 2025! The hotel has everything you need, restaurant, 24hr cafe, room service. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at.

We experienced loud cracks from the windows which woke me a few times but thats the heat from outside, we had aircon constantly, did not bother us. a few hooks in the bathroom to hang swimsuits, just little things, nothing that disturbed our trip.

Helpful and friendly stuff was the nicest part of my stay, I really felt taken care of! The room was a good size, everything was kept sparkling clean. If you’re a tourist who doesn’t need to stay in the city center, that’s more than a great option, it takes 5 minutes walk to get to the metro station.

Unfortunately not even one night was possible to sleep through, the nearest mosque was so loud every day that I got woken up even with earplugs. The bed it more on the hard side, but it was okay :)

I really liked the hotel staff's good behaviour and will to address any issues. Reception supervisors all were at their best. I highly appreciate security guard Mr. Raja Rizwan for his friendly and good behaviour and telling us about the norms and rules of hotel. It was a great trip and I am willing to come and stay with my wife for 15 days soon. I hope, hotel owner will grant special bonuses to all the shift staff because they are the reason behind for me to choose Ibis Styles Deira Hotel forever whenever I will be visiting Dubai in future. Price of stay was decent and friendly one. Highly appreciated, hats off to all hotel staff!!!

The location is amazing. This new area of Dubai is a nice spot and is a great alternative to other "busy" areas of Dubai if you are travelling for leisure. The metro is near by, the RTA ferry is also close by, lots of dining and retail options.

The dinner didn't have options that are neutral (international) and was leaning towards Indian and Arabic cuisine. There were just a 2-3 options if I recall correctly (fish, beef, and veg) and all of them are for more experienced palates.

The location was not very far from the airport and the view was really comforting. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was very delicious. Apart from Dubai Miracle Garden, the other attractions were not too far away.

I was allowed to order food but could only eat it in my room. Would have been really nice if I could have been able to sit in the outdoor seating and eat my food. I completely understand I cant bring outside food into the hotel restaurant but the outdoor seating could have been used.
