We stayed in a studio apartment which was well equipped and practical. King size bed was very comfortable with nice crisp white bed linen. Pillows very comfortable and two per person. Bed has bed side tables and excellent adjustable spot lights for reading - also power point on bedside tables. Nice wardrobe and plenty of desk space. Safe. Kitchen has good sized fridge/freezer and full kitchen. Front loader washing machine is excellent with good instructions. Air conditioner works very well which is important in Dubai. The front desk and door staff are so helpful and welcoming. Our room cleaners looked after us very well and if we needed anything it was there within minutes of asking. They do a very professional job on cleaning the rooms and do it with a smile. Thanks go to our cleaners Sanju, Easin and Rohith - great job and lovely people. Also my daughter wanted to thank Rachel for the wonderful job she does on their room every week as their cleaner - honest, reliable and excellent cleaner. They appreciate after a long days work coming home to a beautifully cleaned apartment means so much. The location is great for us as our visit is a family visit - we enjoy the area as it is a nice relaxed place with lovely restaurants below. Still quite a rustic area but feels very safe and we enjoy walking at night to the shops. There is a bus stop over the road so you can take a bus to the metro - there is a ticket machine at the air conditioned bus shelter which appeared to be easy to use. There is a shopping mall within 400 metres walk with excellent supermarket. Many restaurants on the way to the mall and a large food hall at the top of the mall. Probably not the location if you want to be in the heart of Dubai City with all the attractions but if you have a car it would be great as hotel has a beautiful under cover car park. The hotel is close to the airport but no airport noise.

The shower was hard to work out as has bath, rain shower and hand held shower. Instructions might be useful.

Room was very clean, bed was comfy and WiFi was fast.

Staff were rude, especially the security guard. He was very pushy and had a big frown standing at the front door.

Almost NOTHING

My service at Time Onyx Hotel is always exceptional! In fact, I decided to stay here the entire time for my business trip which has been over 5 months! I could stay at any place in Dubai but decided to stay here cuz of how much I enjoy everything. I feel very comfortable and I love the staff, cleanliness, and everything else that Time Onyx provides. The front desk is always so helpful and friendly as well. They go far and beyond in trying to help you with any issues you are dealing with. The housekeeping always doing a great job too! Special thanks to front desk team Savita, Viju, Ahmed, Sarath and Shawgi the manager for always following up and getting things done. Also I want to give a shout out to the housekeeping team for taking great care of my room, especially Rohith, Sanjeetha, and Sabbir! You guys rock!!!

Nice size unit with two bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, lounge, washer/dryer. Air conditioning very efficient. Thank you to our house keeping staff Rosita, Sanjay and Sapana for looking after us. Front desk staff very welcoming and helpful. The gym is nice with good air conditioning Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

The second time I chose to stay in this hotel apartment, I didn't regret it. I was given a room that wasn't what I expected, and the hotel resident manager and check-in team sorted it out for me the next day when the room I preferred was available. I appreciate the help they showed me. The apartment is superb.

In the first apartment I stayed in the first night, there was a leak in the bathroom, and the main bedroom door wasn't closing correctly. The hotel engineer came and fixed the leak, but the door was beyond fixing while a gust was present.

Everything was perfect. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We didn't face any issue. Mr. Viju at the reception was very helpful and polite. It was a good experience overall and would surely choose this hotel again, given that the prices don't go up. For the price I paid, it was worth it.

Location isn't great. Would have loved some slippers and brushing kit as part of the toiletries. The TV didn't have anything interesting on.

Everything...rooms...cleanliness... facility.... outside view....hotel staff.... everything was... simply great....it was memorable tour...thanx everyone...from reception desk... security....man...who always help us to hire a car...room cleaning staff....thanx everyone one...thanx Mr Ahmed Raza.....

The facility is clean with very spacious rooms. Good to stay with family.

Their response time when you need assistance need to improve

Reception gave me free upgrade as no studio rooms available. I got scared first but night shift guy told me, do not worry I will give you free upgrade. Thank you Mr. Ahmed raza. He was very good at work as with all Chinese groups he managed my check in process in very short time.

Housekeeping staff is only one at night. At least they should keep two staff at night in Housekeeping
