Our stay at the hotel was truly amazing! Everything was great and we had a very pleasant experience overall. A big thank you to the manager, Mohammad Al Najjar, for his support and assistance throughout our stay. Also, The reception staff were also very welcoming and professional and special thanks to Emanuel, who was extremely helpful and made everything easier for us he always found solutions to any issue we faced. The valet staff were also very nice and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back again!

Ideal and center location. Supportive and kind staff. Spacious and tidy apartment. Chilled AC. Big and clean washrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Delicious breakfast.

Heavy traffic around the hotel. Parking issues. Very busy frontdesk (still smiling). Slightly slow internet speed. Lack of smart TV. Less variety in breakfast.

location, with mini mall on the building including a franchise supermarket on the ground floor. open 24 hrs. cleanest . staff are professional restaurants around the building

the Wi Fi is very week in the room . I complained multiple times. the IT engineer. didn't solve it either . the hotel restrict the WiFi access to one share per person example if you are family of 4 only 4 share per room either 4 cell phone but not to laptop. unless you disconnect one of the mobile phone . . so if you have any work to do online this is not a good place .. the Rooms are small with small cupboard . no drawer very tiny for family . is good for one person . Parking lot .outside the hotel on empty lot. the laundry machine took 10 hrs to wash and dry. but you have option to 2 to 3 hrs cycle but the garments will be wet.

The location was perfect, the staff were approachable. The apartment was cleaned on a daily basis.

The alarm went off twice, and no one contacted us to inform of the situation and left us l, especially the kids in a panic mode. Was a bit disappointed that I sought for the assistance of the hotel to locate a taxi number plate on their CCTV camera, of which I’ve lost my phone in l, but was told that the manager did not approve of it.

I like everything about my stay especially the manager of staff Mr Muhammad....Thanks brother for your kindness and patience fort the visitors .....I'm really grateful to know such a friendly person with a beautiful smile to start your day 😊.......see you next time for sure hopefully inshallaha in the near future 😀

The room has excellent view, the location of the hotel is near everything , (Mall, Pharmacies, Markets, Sharjah lake, a many famous restaurants and cafeterias). Also The staff was very helpful, nice and welcoming especially the manager. I already made a recommendation for a friend who will be coming to Sharjah from Abu Dhabi.

The only thing they may improve could be the elevators, I think they need more elevators to avoid the crowd and the lateness.

It is best place to stay for a group leisure The staffs are so friendly and accommodating always has a smile and so helpful. kudos to Ms KHIN, RHITIKA , Pranav and Mr Ganesh of Front desk office. And Mr Mohammed the FO manager. Their service are highly recommended ❤️

Nothing but I have suggestion. Maybe it’s best to provide a chair for your front desk staffs please they are working hard and doing their best. please take care of them.

I stayed at the Golden Tulip apartment hotel in Sharjah for 4 nights with my friends and we had a wonderful time. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to shopping, restaurants, and the Corniche. There is a 24/7 supermarket downstairs, which was very handy for buying groceries and snacks. The hotel also offers free parking and daily bottled water. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a seaview and a fully equipped kitchen. We had three bedrooms and three toilets, two of which had bathtubs. The beds were cozy and the rooms were clean. The hotel provided daily house cleaning service, which was efficient and friendly. The kitchen had enough cooking utensils for five people, and we enjoyed making our own meals. The staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful, and they answered all our questions and requests.

The receptionist lacked the basics of welcoming a new guest. She maintained a poker face, provided very short answers whenever I asked about anything. As for the room, the door didn’t have a chain lock which made me feel unsafe during my stay.
