The staff was really helpful and always at service. My room was upgraded for no extra charge, which was really kind of the hotel receptionist. He was really understanding and kind. I had reached really late at night and was exhausted from my travel. They really took good care of me. Also, there are small shops right under the hotel, which makes it so convenient to get on the daily necessities easily. The parking was always available during the day, but later at night it was a bit difficult to park the car.

The view was blocked because of the construction on the front.

During my stay at Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments in Sharjah, located in a decent area, with the beach and aquarium close by as well supermarkets and other stores. I was pleased by the excellent service, Mr. Zahid and Mrs. Kiran at the front office/reception were always welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience. Mr. Karim from housekeeping kept my room clean and well-maintained. The staff's dedication made my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The overall service at Emirates Hotel Apartments was exceptional. The staff consistently exceeded my expectations with their friendly and warm approach. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests, and their knowledge of the local area and willingness to provide recommendations made my stay even more enjoyable. The attentiveness displayed by the room attendants responsible for my room, Mr Abbas and Mr Jahid, was exceptional. They consistently made sure that my room and facilities were in impeccable condition. Whether promptly replenishing the amenities or ensuring the room was spotlessly clean, their dedication to maintaining high standards was evident throughout my stay.

Thank you, I really liked it, I recommend this hotel. The rooms are perfectly clean, it is convenient to have everything you need - a refrigerator, stove, washing machine, dishes. And most importantly, it's close to a beautiful beach! Everything is great, I'm extending the trip for another week.

I stayed here for March 2023 and a little longer afterward, the service was exceptional and I did not experience any inconveniences. Mr. Karim and Mr. Maabool attended to my room, they were very welcoming and kept it clean and in top condition, thank you to them for their services and kindness. The room had its own kitchen, which was a necessity for me before I traveled as it was cost-effective to prepare my own meals for the duration of my stay. The hotel is in a good location for me as most amenities were in a close radius or a short taxi ride away.

I would have benefitted from having more kitchen utensils available upon arrival.

Different feelings about staff when i was at place they was very nice the problem and my disappointment is that they they don’t communicate over messages so i had small issues i was trying contact them 5min after booking was made however they haven’t answered in about 3 weeks!!! Only when i was arrived and started complain about they should communicate with customers they ungraded my room to better one so finally I’m happy about them but anyway they should take attention for better communication. The rest was really nice perfect apartments for price you paying.

No communication from hotel side until you reach them directly at place so if you have any questions they will not answer. Location a bit far from metro or even bus station so you have to take taxi as only option of walk to nearest buss stop which are ~2km away if you are there around middle May - September that’s not option to walk under +40+ degrees also taxi are more expensive from/tp there if it’s matter.

This hotel is located close to the beach and in a very nice area of Al Khan. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They catered to all our needs as per our requests. Rooms was regularly cleaned.

The only one negative things was that the property is outdated and old . It could do we renovation and modernization. However, the staff are keeping it clean.
