The location is close to the World Trade Center and the Metro station, and the Museum of Future is within walking distance, making it easy and convenient to work and travel to other parts of the city. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby for groceries, meals, and souvenirs. Hotel staff are nice, kind, and friendly! Mr. Awais, Khalifa, Umaru, and a young lady at the front desk with braces (forgot her name) are all very kind and love to help during our stay. We would love to stay again on future visits.

Although there are all the kitchen wares that daily life needs, however, the non-stick pans and pots in the kitchen are not in usable condition. Also, didn't offer dishwashing detergent and scrub for cleansing.

The location was superbly in the in-town spot. Members of my family loved it.

The location was superb, the entire place was clean and cozy. The service was good. Very spacious and had all the amenities you could need on a longer trip.

I am not a fan of very soft mattresses [ a personal choice], so that was the only con.

The staff is very polite and hospitable. Breakfast is superb. Gym and Pool are included. The location is great if you plan to visit the World Trade Center, and the metro station is very close too. Very spacious apartment.

The apartment was a bit upsetting compared to the photos. It was quite worn-out, and the furniture felt cheap and dated. The carpets, in particular, were in such poor condition that you’d prefer to avoid stepping on them. The central air conditioning was another downside—it was loud enough to be a nuisance at night, so I ended up turning it off to sleep. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, with a mattress and pillows that were perfect for a deep, restful sleep. What truly stood out was the excellent service. The staff was incredibly attentive—anything missing from the room (like slippers, a hairdryer, or an iron) was brought to us within five minutes, no questions asked.

It is great to share the facility in Voco hotel connected to Nassima

I was expected a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 functional showers based on my first stay with them in 2023. This year 2024, they have placed me in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathroom but only 1 functional shower as the put a washing machine at the shower area in the other bathroom. The disappointment came from the staff insisting I have made booking for standard one instead of the executive option. However, the executive 2 bedroom apartment comes with 2 bathrooms with functional showers and 1 additional guest toilet in the living room which is not the same set up that I had experienced in 2023. At the end, I have to pay extra to move to the executive option for 2 functional showers.

Staff is exceptional ! Maria (Front Desk Senior Management) was excellent with knowledge and pure professional care. Sakib is always welcoming and supportive! Michael is another excellent professional. Atif is another exceptional staff. And the security staff, Muhammed always made you feel safe and welcomed. The entire Nassima Tower Hotel Apartments is an exceptional place with an exceptional staff and a Top-of-Class value!

The apartment was really well maintained with kitchen staff and wash machine as well location close to Metro Station and Zoom Supermarket.

The carpet was very old and it's required to be replaced or at least clean. The house keeping team was not that professional as they did not keep checking the issue and soap. Till I threw the empty tissue box and kept the tissue cover open. Then, they released that we did require tissue.. Another thing that I kept the dinner plate and tray outside the room to be collected by it remains a full day outside the door till i had ordered lunch the next day and told them to collect .
