OMG. That was a great experience ever. Can't wait to have a staycation again. Brand new, fully equipped studio (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooking equipment, toaster, coffee machine, OVEN this is crazy guys) and great value for money. Gym, pool, co-working space, kids not allowed sounds like adults paradise. Quite, not crowded. Balcony and nice parking. Big thank you to Mitch for providing great service. Lovely staycation especially when you are a bit tired of hotel vibes - this one feels like home.

There were no outlets to have meal BUT there is few supermarkets near and hotel is delivery friendly. So it's actually plus than minus that you can order talabat/delivero and it will be delivered to the room.

This is a very new destination in Dubai, recently opened. I had a pleasure to be the first guest of the property. Location is perfect, Downtown and Jumeirah are 5 minutes away, but it is calm and quite at the Muse location, opposite to sh Zayed road 24/7 busy traffic. Architecture quality of the building is outstanding. there is a balcony at every room, high 6m ceiling and beautiful big window. Cosy interior and spacious atrium are making this destination a unique offer on Dubai hospitality map.

Building is new, so you might expect workers around or some small gaps in services, but this is a question of just getting things aligned and running in few weeks I suppose.

The place is very good. The room was very spacious. The ceiling is about 3 meters. It makes difference. The WiFi is super fast. All the equipment - washdisher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker Illy - all is there. Very neat. A big kind of Coworking space. Allowed for later checkout (2 pm), good waiters to assist with luggage.

Would be glad to have a kind of breakfast available. Though there're an Indian cuisine cafeteria opposite the road where I took what I wanted to.

A unique style of hotel which caught my interest, location was also good. The facilities were good and the staff was very helpful.

The Internet may have some problems during our stay.

The room appeared exactly as the picture. It was very clean, with all the amenities one would need. The staff were very friendly. The location was quite good as well.

The best part of my stay was their customer service and accommodating their needs, Mr Amir at the reception handled my issue in a very professional manner and even though I had to check-out early, my experience was very much positive because of their service. The rooms has everything a person needs when they are staying at a place a fridge, freezer, washing/Dryer machine even a dish washer. The room is very much carefully designed to be cozy with enough space and a balcony with storage spaces everywhere. I’m frequent visitor to Dubai and I know for a fact that you will not find good customer service + the above room amenities for a similar price.

*** Review made during Soft Launch *** I believe the place have two main issues and that’s only due to it being open in a soft launch. Issue number one is the place being under staffed and therefore multiple issues was due to this such as housekeeping needs to be requested. The second thing I didn’t like was the mattress and bathroom, both weren’t up to my expectations. I didn’t like that I wasn’t informed that it is a soft launch prior to my visit.

The AC was extremely hot then we changed the room to 210 room 310 was super hot
