The location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the Dubai Exhibition Center where I was visiting. The metro station is a few steps from the hotel. There are some restaurants near the hotel. Also there is a supermarket and a pharmacy near the hotel. You can take a taxi easily in front of the hotel's main gate. The hotel is in a calm area.

My room was not cleaned for 3 days. I complained to the reception staff at the checkout. I had an electricity cut in one main line in the room (TV, Fridge, Kettle, and the hair drier). This was for one day and the electrician came and fixed it when I complained to the reception staff. A limited number of towels in the bathroom. No shampoo in the room. The internet was not working properly. In lots of times ut was not working well.

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to all the staff at Ibis World trade center hotel for their outstanding service during my recent stay. From the reception team to the housekeeping staff, everyone welcomed me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I was truly impressed by their honesty, supportiveness, and dedication to ensuring my comfort. Their efforts did not go unnoticed, and I would rate the service 10 out of 10. Without a doubt, the team made my experience at your hotel memorable, and I genuinely thank each and every one of them. In addition, I found the location of Ibis Hotel to be fantastic—conveniently accessible, close to downtown, major exhibition centers, metro stations, and even fairly near to DXB airport. I had a lovely weekend stay at Ibis World Trade Center Dubai. The room was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with a small couch by the window that made a perfect spot to relax or read. Breakfast at Twine Restaurant was a highlight — fresh, flavorful, and well presented, with great coffee and a variety of options that made mornings feel extra special. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. Overall, a great value for the experience. I left feeling rested and renewed, and I’d happily return.

Not that I don't like, but I guess, the bathroom was too small. A bit difficult to go to the toilet bowl and then managing to close the door.

Everything is a great vibe. Everyone is professional with their functions especially the reception, valet, housekeeping and telephone operator department, it’s beyond the expectations and worthy. Special gratitude to Mr. Gamal who made everything possible professionally, Ms. Pravya a lovely sweet realistic lady and Mr. Akshe who is very understanding and down to earth human, the receptionists went beyond the limits. The guest relations manager Trish, thanks for the cookies appreciated after a long day. I am very happy that my tiring working weekdays is filled with comfort and joy in Ibis World Trade Center. Thanks to the rest of the team.

As per my expectation everything is good.

The area is very easy access to the mtro station, easily connected for all travelers to reach to the property with comfort and ease. The hospitality of the front office staff were amazing. Kudos to Amal, Pragya,Akshay and Gamal. When I learned of my flight being canceled, I dropped the customer service line a quick text and immediately they responded and was happily receiving when I extended my stay. They were very informative and well dressed and such absolute darlings. To the housekeeping team, thank you for always being so attentive and thank you to the whole IBIS WTC for being very caring to their guests. I made it back safely everyone! The location was great, as it is close to the Metro which is just 3 stops away from Dubai Mall. The receptionists and securities are always of great help and service to their guests. Special shoutout to Aymen who checked me in and coincidentally checked me out, and he has provided me good services during my stay in Ibis. Keep up the good work!

I feel the hotel can go extra length for its guests. Ultimately at this competitive industry with many players and a matured market, service is what will stand you out from the pack. I was not feeling very well for a couple of days and was alone in this trip. Wanted to ask the receptionist whether any person from the hotel could have just walked a few minutes to the pharmacy to help to get some medicine for me but they mentioned they do not provide such a service. At that moment in times of desperation, I felt the hotel could have done better.

Artistic place, clean rooms with hospitality professionals. The receptionists we encountered are respectful. The valet guys, housekeeping, phone operators as well as securities are so good the we did not face any issues at all, they are well trained. There is a lounge where you can sit and play board games or chit chat, they also have a table baby football, that is all for free. We thank you with the peace of mind we had after a long day of work. Silly issue was the fresh coffee they complimentary provided has a weak taste, I am sorry it was wasted several times. The rest was perfect.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The service was exceptional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. A special mention goes to Gamal at the reception – he was incredibly helpful, professional, and always greeted us with a warm smile. and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing for its location & great value for money. You are 5/10mins from downtown / DIFC / which is amazing. The rooms are modern and clean. The lobby area is decent. If you are looking for a place just to sleep and spend your days out this hotel is the perfect option for your money! The staff are always welcoming and professional!

Unfortunately the shower is VERY small and water splashes everywhere as there is no door. The tap in the sink is also a weird design and splashes. No hand towel is given which I found odd. I found the room to be a bit dark seeing there is not much place for natural light to come through. Maybe some more lights would be helpful.
