All are good.. but the GSA Najeeb was soooo kind so helpful and so nice guy.. I wish him the best in his career he does deserve the best in this hotel.. The light in the rooms .. this is the only unlike thing.. I hope it will be solved soon

Very nice hotel only 2 metro stops from the city center, the metro stop is only a few minutes away, very helpful and kind staff, cleaning every day, water and coffee always refilled for free. hotel service at a very high level. A wonderful view from the pool of the city center with the Burj Khalifa, and luggage storage even after the accommodation is over

the pool closes at 7PM, which is very early, otherwise we have nothing.

Location was convenient and has great views. The 2 bedroomed suit was perfect for my family as it had enough space for children to feel at home and all the necessary gadgets & utensils were provided in the suit. The hotel staff were so friendly, special mention to the lady at the restaurant entrance ( her name should be Jeddlyn i think) She was super friendly to my 7 year old daughter and always willing to assist with a smile.

This hotel is in a great and convenient location. Most staff I dealt with are excellent. Their warmth, professionalism, welcoming, fun, and chatty attitude on reception was noticeable, compared to other hotels. I’m thinking of Anagh, Jasmine, Douglas, Nashid and Priyanka here. All confident and knowledgeable and quick to smile. Faiz cleans a good room and has the QR code for his review at the ready ☺️. Jamsheed showed such concern for storing my luggage and retrieving it that I knew it was in good hands. As you are leaving the hotel you meet Ananda who sends you off with a warm goodbye and a smile. Well done all of you. You made my stay different from other hotels with your great effort 👏

Threshers needs a little work. A board with the daily beer specials would be helpful. I ordered a Guinness and it had far too much head on it. At Dubai prices you need to ensure the pints are poured correctly. Some extra hot meat options at breakfast, other than the chicken sausages, would be welcome.

Very close to taxi rank, metro station,shops,restaurants and future museum.

Strong Fragrance used in the room. Breakfast was chaos due to too many guests.

Great staff and the location, nice to have the separate entrance

Very good quality for the price you pay. The room was very spacious and I had view on the sunset side wich was very nice every evening to see the sunset. Even though there was a lot construction going on nearby the room is completely soundproof so I had no trouble sleeping. There was a large sofa and big desk in the room, a fridge, everything you need. The style of the room might be a little bit dated for some but to me that is not important, I rather pay less. Besides that I enjoyed the natural wood style. Location is perfect, literally opposite the museum of future, nearby the station to take the tram to any place you want. Taxi`s are waiting in front of the hotel. Shops and supermarkets just 2 minutes walk away, plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good enough options though a bit of variation over the week would be pleasant. There is a nice coffe bar in the lobby and they serve very good coffee. The staff was friendly and helpfull and the rooms get cleaned every day.

The music in the breakfast area was very sad and depressing, I rather would hear something more uplifting and locally like some middle eastern music or middle eastern pop music. It would adress the feeling of Dubai better than a boring depressing spotify playlist with mediocre singer songwriters.
