Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. I stayed at the hotel with mom, she was about to have her birthday in two days. We arrived at around 9am and were told that our room will be available at 3pm, but we could spend that time at the beach using the pool facilities and beach towels and sun beds. We went to the storage room to take out our swimming suits when a manager came in and gave us a great surprise that there was a room for us and since my mom will soon have her birthday it was a bigger room. Actually it was a one bedroom suite! We really appreciated it. On her birthday, mom also found a yummy cake and a few balloons in the room. The food was great, fresh, tasty, with a variety of meals; main dishes were different every day (we booked half board and could change dinner for lunch when we needed). The hotel is old but doesnt seem worn, it’s clean and has all the necessary facilities. There are no entertainment activities which we were aware of and it was ok for us. The shallow sea and closed beach area are perfect for little kids. There are two heated swimming pools and a very small one for toddlers and little kids.

Unfortunately, the beach area is not too big and the swimming area in the sea is limited by a huge breakwater because of which at the time of a low tide there is not much water left and it’s not even reaching your knee level! So, forget about swimming there. While we were waiting for the rising tide, we everyday went to the neighbouring hotel’s swimming area where the sea level is always great.

The hotel's location is absolutely ideal, and the staff, particularly the receptionist Ahmed from Egypt, added a touch of excellence to my stay. Ahmed was not only incredibly pleasant and cheerful but also exceptionally helpful. I've decided to make this my go-to choice for future business trips. During my recent undercover inspection, the entire experience surpassed my expectations, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of my stay.

Everything was fine. We spend a quality time there. Staffs were very helpful. Specially I can remember the name Aneel. He is a nice guy. Lots of lifts and stairs for the guest. Clean and cool room with lots of space. The attached balcony was a bonus to enjoy the ocean view.

At night the wind probably comes through the balcony glass door. It was very cold in the room.

My baby lost her favorite white bunny one day and the whole team went out of their way to find it - and they did. We also had a medical emergency one day and the whole staff did an absolutely amazing job supporting us. Monica and Nazeem in particular exhibited an astounding level of empathy, care and compassion. Superbly client oriented, run by top notch competent professionals driven by world class service excellence - absolute perfection! Happy to write this - would love to come back. And I stayed at literally thousands of various hotels worldwide. Special thanks to Monica - she's a genuinely inspiring ambassador of this property who masterfully and empathically crafted our stay, sorted out everything on the fly and made my whole family extremely happy. She walks the extra mile to make everything easy for guests so they could take it easy!

Great buffet, amazing service from Gusti restaurant's staff and room cleaning team, overall great stay. It is our 3rd stay at this hotel. Beach, pool are very nice, spa is great and 50 aed covers your visits for the duration of the stay. Spaciois rooms and great proximity to the grocery shopping and promenade with caffes and restaurants.

Wish bathrooms would be freshenned up, bad smell was coming from barhroom sewage.price increased compare to last year, so at this point unless more services are offered, it may make sence to find a more modern and newer hotel near by.

Building is very beautiful like sand castle. It creates special vibe of Arabic culture. Service is good, room is spacious and convenient, food is tasty. Staff is exceptionally kind, smiling and supportive. In the restaurant always helpful Prasad, Anuska. They solved all the issues, met every request and always smiling. Girls on the entrance Aarati, Puspa always kind and nice. And Tarek as administrator did everything for our comfortable stay in the restaurant, always smiling, always helpful and just creating a wonderful mood.

No space to swim, cause it’s not deep, good for children.

We were upgraded to a very beautiful suite which made our 9 days stay absolutely amazing! Thank you so much, Sheraton! Our bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was pristine and crispy. There was everything we needed. We had a wide variety of choice at breakfast. Everything was very fresh and appealing. The Sheraton building has been beautifully designed with ground floor having many little areas for reading with a nice cup of coffee and delicious dates.

It was impossible to find anything wrong. We liked absolutely everything.

It was an amazing experience and memorable stay. The staff were wonderful. Monika was very accommodating at the reception, we even got a room upgrade and even granted for a late check out, as my husband and I celebrating our Anniversary. We appreciate all the efforts in all departments in the hotel; housekeeping for the romantic set up of the room, room service gave us Anniversary cake. The restaurant staffs were very attentive, had a romantic dinner at Arjwan; delicious food and cooked to perfection. Spa treatment was good and relaxing ambience. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. ☺️ Thank you

This hotel is outstanding and top level. One of the greatest in the country. All the facilities, comfort and luxury are there. Huge room, toilet and bathroom. The bed, the mattress, the cleanliness, the amazing infinity pool, the beach... Everything here is great and costumer-oriented. I totally recommend it.

Ground bistro was closing at 11.30 PM, although in the hotel e-mail about the services, was mentioned that the closing time would be 12 AM. When I got there to get something to eat after a full working day, I almost got denied a pre-packed salad. I was granted to take it with me, but I could not take a seat in that area and eat there. I think this was unecessary. But it's fine, I guess it's not the employee's fault. The beach sand next to the water. Has a oily-dark-finish look. Maybe because of the petroleum from the boats... but the water looks clean and transparent. In overall it's good.

the injustice and racism of the man safeguard at the swimming pool. I will respect the regulations if it is implemented equally my son was wearing cotton T-shirt ( his back was burned early in Kuwait)which was not permitted he asked us to take it off and in the same time he permitted other parents and people to keep the cotton shirts on so we fight for our rights and force him to ask the other the same thing . this was in the second day of our stay .
