Really great location. Hot water in one of swimming pools. Emazing path of palm trees and singing birds - all you need for relax is there :) Good and variety breakfast. Strong wifi, even on the beach. Free beach towels. Fresh seafood at the restaurant. Very good massage, also in good price. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The windows in the room were sand dirty, which strongly affected fabulous sea view. It's worth to be aware that in whole Sharjah alcohol is forbidden - in hotel bar / restaurant there was available only alcohol free wine but no alcohol free beer. One night in the hotel there was outdoor event of external company and till middle of the night it was really loud. Fortunately it was was only 1 night out of 7 :)

The rooms dont have sound proofing,literally we can hear people from other rooms and while standing in corridor could clearly hear from rooms,the pillows are very noisy due to comforters on top of them,the shower pressure is very low The rates are over pricey however the facilities are good and overall ambience is good Food options were limited could have been better also breakfast should have more live counters

Kids events are really good, the beach and pools were extremely clean, life guard is always there, the breakfast was diverse and superb with very good service, dinner options are limited for Arabs some how the breakfast is way better, the fruits basket was really added value to the hospitality shown (Many thanks for Mr. Ahmad for his dedicated efforts).

Private beach, enough chairs, two pools, kids spend most time in club or pool, beach is mostly for adults. Rabbits, birds on premises. Good massage on grounds. New gym equipment. 24 hour reception. Very polite, cheerful night staff. Offerred early checkin, socket adaptor. Free bus to Dubai Mall. Easy taxi to Sharjah airport. Fridge in room, coffee/tea, water for free, kettle in room, big comfy bed, new bedding, pillows. Safe, table and chairs for sitting. Shower bath gel, lotion, shampoo, shaving, toothpaste, brushes - all provided. Room didn't lack anything. Beach is well kept and cleaned by safeguard, who is very cheerful.

Tried buffet breakfast once, and I think its best eat in a cafe instead. No cheese except plastilina like cheddar. Pau au chocolate and little croissants were stale at least 3 days old. Not many sweet options

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of food, which we all enjoyed thoroughly. The staff were incredibly supportive and kind, and the receptionists were welcoming and friendly. My family especially loved the pools and the beachfront—it’s clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a delightful experience that we’ll cherish. The staff giving the towel should have a training on how to deal with guests. We were interrogated if we are guests in the hotel and told her I took 2 rooms but still insisted to show the key and want us to come back.

Our favorite hotel in UAE ,we stopped counting our visits we pass 10 times ,my kids love it so much ,they have few peacocks and many other kind of birds ,also the garden big ,the beach short walking distance from the hotel ,plus natural beach best beach for us we ever tried to swim in UAE,staffs are great ,the rooms ready we did not need to call the housekeeping to bring water or touls the staffs already provide extra ,very clean ,the food is great ,hotel great on sustainability all reusable water bottles plus toothbrushes from recycled plastic ,

It was an amazing 5 days staycation with my fiance, where they took care of all the special requests without any extra payment booked through booking.com. KUDOS to all team from Reception(Mr. Thaman), F&B staffs on duty from 3rd aug to 7th aug 2024, Special thanks to all Nepali staffs for your amazing hospitality hats off to you all. I will sure come again because of your amazing service.They have one of the best food served in buffet not forgetting the cafe where delicious grilled halloumi sandwich only for 23dhs. Awesome hospitality in all F&B sections few names I can remember ; Sujata, Newseen,Sujana, Dev, Devi, Bindu, Dijo(Trainee Smiling myanmar lady), Ashish(confused about his name ;Fair complexion Smiling Nepali guy with good physics) and 2 Indian guys. I got oppurtunity to walk to the cute bunnies room where they have been kept in AC room. This is absolutely remarkable step for animals in resort. Happy with beautiful sea view room everything was perfect except Rooms are not noise proof, I can hear all the noise of locking doors and knocks on the other doors most of the time may be the hotel rooms are really packed that time.

Good location for a rest at the beach with clean water, staff members were helpful and polite all the time. Room was bright with all necessary for use. The territory of the hotel is big and offers a lot of activities and it’s just very beautiful as well. Breakfasts were good but lunch and dinner we preferred at the hotel Italian restaurant. It was perfect!

The noise… the doors are shut very loudly, we could wake up if some of our neighbors used their doors, everything from the hall could be heard. We came to this hotel to sleep and rest after long time of working non stop and already at 9am staff knocked our door for cleaning until we open. Also next to our hotel there was a building demolishing, breakfast/lunchtime you could hear it and it was VERY annoying.

All inclusive services like breakfast, lunch and dinner were outstanding. Many foods you can choose from like beef, chicken, fish, lamb, many vegetables, fruits and of course a lot of sweets, cakes and so on... The personal in canteen was excellent as well. Special thanks to Ms Chathurika who take care of cleanness of our room for whole stay. Her swan made from towels or rose's leaves made us happy. What I also enjoyed was hotel's gym with many equipments.

Our room did not meet our expectations in terms of the number of beds. We had Standard king room and description says 2 adults and 2 children. But there was only 2 king sized beds. But we can handle it with additional child crib.
