I really..the stuff from house keeping..they are wonderful...and one staff lady is wonderful and her beaver is Great and dealing with guest very hospitality...I am wondering if this management utill now suppose to keep her as manger ... even there is one lady from Philliphin ..She is professional and good at dealing with guest ..

Just I have suggestions for Senior Management..... should to give them course how they hosptaluty ..Knowing that the guest pays the daily rent of 330 dirhams. You have to take care of the guest so that he remembers you in a respectful way. The manager (A) has no right to expel the guest and raise his voice at the guest in a barbaric way that is not appropriate for you, the respectable ones.. Maybe Summer suffers from heart disease.. because of their knocking on the door.. knowing that the guest is only late for the tax amount.... and he says to. The guest left the hotel and repeated it. And he says to the guest this is not your home and I am in a guest house.... So I tell you to develop them

Happy receptionist. No long waiting to checking in. Quick response when called for assistance.. Accessible to bus station, supermarkets restaurants. Note: I'm not a photo person but rest assured the place and my stay was satisfying. To book again surely 😉.
