Reception was amazing..Mr. Kazeem advised me to wait 30 minutes to provide a Sea View eith Balcony on the 7th floor ... The view of the Arabian Gulf was amazing with sunsets right in front of my room... The Ajman beach is undergoing major construction and renovation ...Mermaid hotel is well placed to take advantage of these renovations...

I was about to cancel my reservation since I wanted to check in early, good thing the Staff is so attentive . Thanks to Sheraz , he called me after getting a room , in order for me to check in early. He is also kind and smiling. I love the location as well. I’m still wishing on my next visit I can get a free room upgrade to sea view 🙃

I like the room it's spacious and it is clean. I also like the staff named Rida , she was friendly , calm and kind. She was alone at the reception but she managed to work effeciently. But I suggest someone should follow up departures, so reception can focus for check in and taking calls. But the price is worth it, hopefully for my next visit I can be upgraded to Sea view room.

I was literally afraid of the toilet bowl, there is a crack.

The lady at reception gave us new renovated room which is very nice. Hotel is near proper beach which is like. (not like swimming pool with no waves in ocean)

The man at the reception was not helpful, and was showing attitude when being asked about the parking

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations, Highly recommendable hotel. The location of the hotel is great and close to Beach.

I am really satisfied about the staff who's working in housekeeping. They were really friendly and was soo helpful on requests. Also Specially the view of my room at sunset was soo amazing and more romantic

The stay was quite pleasant, the room arrangement was excellent, and the beach ambiance was really clean and tidy. Another thing to like was that all of the workers were quite pleasant.
