The respect to the nature, the quietness, the beautiful way how it is decorated combined with the nature environment, it was clean, confortable and peaceful. The receptionist was very polite and supportive as well as the housekeepers. The entire place is really magic and quiet, worth to visit again.

We returned to our room after our yoga event and surprisingly it was no water, we waited around 2-3 hours, unfortunately we could not get the full experience using the bath tube outside (also not inside), we did not receive any compensation for it. The service in the restaurant needs improvement, there were not so many guest and enough waiters and even though we received our orders late and some drinks were forgotten.

First of all the communication with the resort was very professional and also all my questions were answered in min time providing all information needed so i was quite confident about our stay before we even reached. Second i loved the welcome from the stuff they are warm and polite. We were looked after by Neha Abishek and Alaa so big thanks for making our trip super comfortable and enjoyable. Additional big thanks to Nimasha, Lin shwe, Raju and Vishwanath for always delivering exeptional service and all the restaurant stuff looking after out empty stomach. Me and my mom loved this experience and we will be back soon again!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Mikoko — truly a hidden gem in the UAE. The room was outstanding, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the private pool overlooking the mangroves made it even more special. The area offers great privacy, allowing us to relax outdoors without any worries. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast either in our room or by the pool at no extra cost — simply order and they deliver! A special thanks to the wonderful staff: Neha, Abhishek, Alaa, and Abby at the front desk, who were incredibly helpful before and during our stay, and Nimasha, Raju, Vishwanath, and Linshew from housekeeping, who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Staff! I had an amazing experience during my stay. The hospitality and service provided by the team were top-notch, making my time here truly memorable. At the reception, Abhishek, Alaa, Maris, and Neha were exceptionally welcoming and efficient. They handled everything with professionalism and ensured all my queries and needs were met with a smile. We like the fact that it's a place of serenity amidst the bustling city.Indeed it was UAE's version of Zanzibar.The chalet that we stayed in was very cozy and relaxing,though it could've given us a better view of the sea than the mangroves covering the sight. The staff were AMAZING! Rachel, Basem,Jasmine, and there's one Egyptian server(dinner time) and, of course, Neha, who helped us with the booking, these people made our short stay extra special with their exceptional service.

Nothing!! Just maybe a minor concern with the cleanliness of the chalet, the walls looked worn out with a lot of build-up on the edges of the bed, too. But overall everything was great!

The stuff was a super helpful special basem / basel/ he helped me to figure my surprise to my wife for our annual anniversary,, food and everything it was super natural it is placed very suitable to shutdown and relaxed and enjoying the natural fare of the hasle of the city , everything related Eco which give amazing vibs , it is nice place for make nice memorable moments

The private pool it hasn't had a heater ، we weren't able to use it as the water it was super cold , The check-in and check out time is super limited time, not enough to enjoy 1 night as it is almost 17 hours, including the sleep hours

We celebrated our 1st anniversary, and it was an enthralling experience. The staff was very accommodating to each and every one of our request, especially Neha and Alaa at front desk..They made sure we enjoyed every moment of our celebration and upgraded us to the premium chalet with an indoor pool. The view was serene and breathtaking sunrise scenes. The food was delicious with variety of options, and Nimasha , Lin Shew , Raju and Vishwanath were exempellary servers. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend others to visit.
