good sliding experience with the kids in the pool, breakfast was nice too. good location, nice ambiance, friendly and kind people.

1. can smell the smoke next to our room, Maybe the gaps in between the room door. 2. the water from the main pool makes our eyes irritated compared to the water in the slide which is a lot fresher and feels lighter. 3. I suggest maybe to assigned 1 more staff in slide to control the crowd at the top, the blue slide must be very risky especially for kids. I was hit by another person. 4. very hot shower in the bathroom without cold water maybe due hot summer season. 5. And lastly need to pay for an ice bucket, which is free from almost hotels.

Room is not clean enough, floor is dusty, kids playground room also dirty, need to improve! Buffet food need to improve, I order ala carte next lunch is so good!!! Why buffet food so boring and not nice

we had a pleasant stay as the property was well maintained and the staff were readily available to help us with everything.

There are two restaurants at the resort, the beach and oasis restaurant. Food at the beach was not good but everything from breakfast to dinner was very good at oasis restaurant.

The staff were so amazing. Kumari was exceptional at the dining area. If you’re a tea lover look for Kumari. She’ll definitely amaze you with Ceylon tea. Bijaya at the beach bar area was another character so helpful and attentive. He’ll surprise you with different kind of cocktails or one of your choice. Without forgetting Alex at the reception was so caring and helpful always ready to assist. Special thanks goes to: Jonah, Alina, Manjita, Salim, Sharif, Baha and Mimo the entertainer. In conclusion we were happy and satisfied. Will definitely recommend and go back again!!

MENU NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED

We’ve booked a delux chalet for couple of days but ended up wanting to extend our stay even further. There’s so much to do and experience. All inclusive offer is fantastic, the food never runs out, multiple bars dotted around the facility to enjoy free drinks. Staff are extra courteous and pour their heart and soul in their service, especial thanks to hannan , Salman, and bhandaya at the beach bar I lost my chest pouch with passport and foreign currency, and but the staff still found it and returned it back to me with nothing missing. Jet ski experience was fun, when I told the staff about it being my first time driving a jet ski, they give me a full overview and parked a rescue team in the sea just in case. Entertainment aspect is also good, if you’re into partying and dancing, this place will suffice. Best experience in UAE so far

A floor tile was missing in the toilet which was quite small considering the higher grade tier of our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at BM Beach Resort, and overall, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. BM Beach Resort also excelled in its recreational facilities. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing retreat from the sun. The resort also offered various water sports activities, allowing guests to make the most of the beachfront location.

It wasn't too chilly when we spent the night, so the only little inconvenience I had was with the air conditioning.

I had the pleasure of staying at BM Beach Resort and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations! The room was not only spacious but also very cozy, making me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to listen to any suggestions I had, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Mr. Rex, for his exceptional service and delicious food. I would highly recommend BM Beach Resort to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation spot with fantastic accommodation, animation and a welcoming staff.

The location is amazing, the resort has a private beach which is awesome. The staff were all welcoming, smiling all the time and always willing to help. Special thanks to Kiran from nepal (FOT) who was helpful, cheerful and chatty, he even gave us a free room-upgrade as i told him it was my BFs birthday. We appreciated it. Not to forget the bellman from bangladesh ( i forgot his name) he was helpful and kind too. We liked the breakfast area and food. The other facilities were nice too

The room was a little bit smelly and mouldy maybe because it was closed with no aeration. The room furniture, the mattress (you drawn in it) and the bed linen were a bit old and spotted. The facilities were very limited. Dining areas not many options and they close too early. We had to drive around 11pm outside the resort and find something to eat. Not to forget that i wrote a note while booking that it was my BFs birthday, unfortunately nobody paid attention to this small detail; nothing was arranged as a welcome gesture or surprise.

The staff, especially Mr. Adnan and Ms. Aubray from the front office and Ms. Hanan, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were very helpful, and I truly appreciate their team effort and cheerful demeanor. The view was excellent, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all enjoyable.
