Good thing is they have fridge, owen, hot water, washing machine like utilities available in room.

There is no street light in sorrounding areas, which makes it too dark to walk around the area to reach the main street. It was showing up as most cheapest hotel in town, but I ended up getting charged double of what it was showing on booking.com on first page. They charged same price of room in the name of cleanliness and other expenses. So, Again kind of a trick to get more bookings. Showing cheapest on main page, where as when you get in to details it becomes double of it.

Room was specious but it would be better if change the bed with side tables and put a small sofa and a wardrobe. Need utensils and a microwave oven and a electric burner or electric cattle in the kitchen.

The location wasn't so good, very isolated must have a car or some transport to enjoy the stay . Otherwise the studio apartment is very comfortable. Safe and peaceful environment.

The availability and price despite being middle of Eid break. at 200aed/king studio is so not bad at all.

Nothing. Despite the lack of room facilities (2 towels,etc), the watchman and property manager tries their best to accommodate you in your requests.
