The Villa is actually nice to stay but there is some things needs to be fixed the TV was old and we could not watch anything on it, and no one helps us to find our room we were looking for it about 20 minutes and ask the security person (not a staff) he shows us the way to our room, staff was not taking care about us!

rooms are spacious

even its a dog friendly property, many neighbors were complaining regarding the same. also there should be some amenities for dogs placed in the rooms room service didn’t knew the menu properly one time we wanted to order veg biryani they said it’s not in our menu second time when we asked it was available

The Al Hamra team have been top tier from the moment I arrived. Not only are they extremely professional and courteous, they extended a complimentary room upgrade to us. The location of the hotel is ideal for a getaway and the facilities are great with the additional benefit of being able to use their nearby sister hotel and beach facilities free of charge. The sister hotel is only a short walk away but there is a free buggy shuttle service there too! A decent sized pool, lovely food (delivered quickly as room service); bar The Frisky Fox serving alcohol if that’s your preference. There is a cafe area to work which is a great feature for someone needing this facility. The service has been so good that my one night stay has been extended to 5. Thanks to the team - Duty manager and manager Mr Dev, and Mr Safwat; and reception team Ms Kanwal, Ms Evelyn and last but not least Ms May for her impeccable service and attention to detail. Highly recommended stay. Absolutely WOW service! Thank you🙏🏾🩷

I love the place, staffs are friendly , Ms. Rawna from front desk is very accommodating . Very polite.

The floors are dirty even the balcony. Shower curtain is dirty wt stain.under bed is very dusty that caused my nose irritation. .

The property is great the staff is great too. The best part was it being pet friendly. The location is great too cause it’s very close to the beach as well as mall so you have access to all amenities. It has 2 restaurants with great food the bar was good and live music was fantastic The best room was the junior suit !

The bed had stained sheets And we had so many plumping issues in the washroom which was smelling and the staff was just so busy unable to come and clean the mess But once the issues were fixed it was ok

Staff was very friendly & helpful

I like to exercise in the morning. The gym did not open early enough, nor was the pool available for a swim in the morning. I understand with the pool having to have a life guard and do not want early noise by offset rooms, but I don't understand why the gym could not open at 6 or 6:30 to accommodate getting to office by 8:00

Managers at reception were very supportive. We didn’t like swimming pool view and they changed our room immediately. Spacious clean room, balcony with golf course view makes it very private like you have your own backyard. Huge greenish territory, you can spend time at both Village and Residence area. Good beach and swimming pools.

Variety of food was limited, but it was enough to avoid overeating during all inclusive stay. Plumbing: the water was staying in the sink, also the water pressure was weak, but in general it is livable since you spend most of your time outside anyway.

I like how the staff dealing with me especially Mr Zahid the security Manager he is so friendly when i forget My lab top and other important things he keep them save dor me call me waiting for me and also he invite me to take coffe really he is very gentleman and professional at his work. Thanks zahid so much Also i want to thank Evilin the receptionist she is very quick and she is familiar and has nice smile. Thanks for all i recommend to appreciate zahid and evilin thanks so much
