Cove Rotana exceeded all expectations and made my stay truly memorable. The resort’s breathtaking ocean views and luxurious accommodations created the perfect relaxing atmosphere. Everything was meticulously maintained, ensuring a comfortable and serene environment. The service was exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, and to top it off, they surprised me with a thoughtful celebration on my birthday, which made the experience even more special. The dining options were top-notch, and every meal was a treat. Whether enjoying the pool or partaking in activities, every moment felt like a dream. If you have an anniversary or a romantic event with your partner, this is the place to choose. It's not announced online but if you contact the guest service they can book you a private fine-dining experience at the beach with a soothing violin player. This is where i celebrated my engagement. the private dinner included multiple dishes like lobster, tenderloin, a bottle of wine, fruits, complimentary cake from the hotel staff, and more. I picked the one-bedroom villa, and it was huge. we asked the staff for microwave and other utensils and they brought them immediately. If it's hot or you're too tired you can always ask for a golf cart to assist you from your room to anywhere. We even asked one of them to give us a tour of all facilities and he happily took us everywhere. There's a professional photographer called Bob who will give you great photos. He did my proposal video, and the engagement photos afterwards. The weather was very hot at noon as expected in the UAE, but the pool was temperature controlled and very cool, which made the poolside experience comfortable. the pool bar staff are very friendly and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I'm mostly a morning/brunch person so i didn't care much about the lack of night entertainment, but it should be noted there were none at the time of my visit.

I can't find anything bad so maybe the lack of night entertainment. Also the hotel really should market the privaye fine dining experience. it's strange that I only found out about it after contacting the hotel directly. But that's just a note to the hotel.

I liked the architecture, pleasant workers and the overall stay very much.

I have booked a premium room with the lagoon view, and I have got the one looking at another building, even though you have to pay extra for the view. When we spoke to the team they told us that sometimes is partial sea view and not always the full view. If this is the case, I would recommend not charging your guests extra money if you cannot ensure the view. Also, for all inclusive guests nothing was available apart from the Cinnamon restaurant, that was pretty disappointing.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel — everything was smooth and enjoyable overall. Check-in was quick and efficient, the room was spotless with a lovely decorative touch, and the beach was truly amazing — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding.

One thing that could be improved is staff attitude — while many were helpful, a few came across as indifferent or not very guest-focused. Also, it’s worth noting that not all guests speak Russian, so being greeted exclusively in Russian can feel a bit exclusionary. A more neutral or inclusive approach would go a long way in making all guests feel equally welcomed.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Cove Rotana Resort. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. The standout experience for us was definitely the room, it was beyond what we expected and became the highlight of our trip. The view, the layout, the comfort… it was perfect. We have to give special thanks to Mohamed Sonbol, the Assistant Director of Front Office. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. He personally made sure we got the incredible room and even arranged some complimentary treats while we waited. That kind of thoughtful touch really made us feel cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept, but it’s people like Mohamed who make it truly memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

At the front office Mr abu bakar he was very co operative Sabina was fabulous 👌 Amer at front office and specially Ibrahim abdul rehman he have made great efforts Swimming for kids was awesome , we like the views rooms were so clear and organised it was really wonderful experience with Cove beach we have loved it specially the buggy ride i enjoyed alot we were at weekends due to we understand the it was a huge engagement of lots of visitors but we really enjoyed it over all I would say 10/10 for cove rotana

There was delay somehow in buggies and sending the peoples for maintained but anyhow we can understand when u are having a weekends its always busy so we wont blame them !

The pool was very nice and cold so it worked perfectly with the summer heat The all inclusive option was nice with its selections Hotel is huge and beach is beautiful

Rooms weren't carefully thought out when they designed them. TV was facing the window and the beds weren't comfortable and ac in our room wasn't cool enough when it was time to sleep. Fridge in the room also wasn't working well. Food selection and quality wasn't the best. I dont know about the rest of the pools but the adults pool had huge wasps flying around and getting close to us which didn't make my experience enjoyable by the pool

We unfortunately spend only 1 night in Cove Rotana. The staff at the Reception and the car service team were very friendly, listening carefully to our requests and they offered us as very kind gesture an upgrade we could not deny. For a full packed Resort (EID) they managed the crowds very well. The huge area offers a lot for the money. The reason why we wish to come back to continue our exploration.

Staying only for 1 night. And yes, a small point to consider in a future renovation or upgrades. The installed ACs are compared to today's standard noisy. The size of the ACs is appropriate though.

This was my very best hotel experience ever and everything was absolutely perfect. Upon my arrival I received a warm welcome and a great drink. Moments later he hotel givd me a breathtaking surprise when offered to upgrade my room to as sea view room . The cove rotana All the team made my vacation unforgettable and I will definitely come back soon again. Breakfast was really amazing and I loved the views from my hotel room. You can never get enough of it. The room was clean and you also get benefits like fresh fruit or lovely phone call from reception asking if you like your stay. I liked everything about the hotel, but what I don't like is that the staff was sometimes late to move me from my place of residence, I think because of the large size of the hotel. The other thing is that the pillow wasn't a bit comfortable, but the rest of the things were great.
