I like the 12th floor room view for the sea, the hotel is in the middle of the city and near malls, beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. The room included kettle and tea set, tv with many channels. What I didn't really like was the bed, we needed a king size bed but ours was smaller, small dovet and the bed squeaks a lot in room 1215. We also found little cockroaches twice and never knew where did they come from. What should be done for enhancement is extra pest control service and fix the bed. Also the mini bar didn't Cool enough rather than that we enjoyed our stay. House keeping should clean better under beds and furniture. The swimming pool is suitable for kids and not deep. I tried eating in the restaurant and bar in ground floor, we ordered a really delicious pizza, very good dough and toppings. Overall experience 8/10. Value for price is affordable.

Loved the location. Very convenient and right next to Manar Mall. Staff was amazing. Special mention for Priyanka from the reception for allotting an EXCELLENT room to me with the most amazing view. Amber and the other reception staff have also been immenselt helpful. The rooms are clean and the hotel has everything one needs for a good business stay. Cleaning staff was also very nice.

Nothing bad in particular. Just one stupid policy of the hotel to call in and check on you in case you put a DND sign outside your door is a bit annoying. Was woken up from my sleep a couple of times before I realized the issue and started informing them about putting the DND sign beforehand.

This is a great hotel at the best possible location. I would like to mention about Amber who was at the reception and always provides a great sea view room. she greeted me with a smile which made me feel at home. Then the girl at Huddles Bar who served the drinks was also extremely courteous and explained all the offers etc. This is my 4th stay in 2025 itself in citymax ras al Khaima and is my highly recommended place,

The claypot restaurant closes at 1030 PM which is too early at least in summer. They should extend the timings to at least 11. The in room dining options are also limited. The gym is very basic.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which is either newly built or not very old. The cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. The food from the hotel restaurant was delicious, though a bit on the expensive side. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.

However, I had trouble ordering food via the phone. Despite calling many times, the telephone line for orders was apparently not working. I asked reception three times to connect my call to the kitchen, but nothing happened. Ultimately, I had to go to the restaurant in person to place my order. The Checkin process was also very slow! Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

A good experience to stay a 3 star hotel , I rate 5 star from my side . The rooms and the staff are Ready to help any time . If you need any items in the room they can provide in an minutes . There are microwave in the restaurant and if we request to someone to make hot my food they always denied , No sir this is against hotel polices

Nothing all perfect

One of the best hotels is RAK. I always stop there when I'm traveling to Rak for work. Good value for money. Love the staff - always friendly and helpful and they always give me a late check out if they can. I like that the hotel is quite lively and vibrant, Modern and up-to-date enough for its price rage. Doesn't have this "stale" feeling about it

Sadly this is the problem that all hotels in price range have (all of them, and I've stayed in many in the UAE for work), that water water from shower booths always leaks on the floor. Looks like noting can be done about it...

Our stay was absolutely delightful. We made a last-minute reservation and casually mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, only asking for a cake if it was feasible. To our surprise, when we entered our room, it was beautifully decorated for our special day, complete with a cake. This thoughtful gesture truly touched us, and we are so grateful for the exceptional service and the dedication of the team. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our anniversary memorable. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Loved the stay!!!! There is even a satellite where all channels are there, we felt as if home. They also provided us with a sea view. Breakfast was okay, it is more Indian look, wish there were more options but basics were there which is okay. Staff are amazing, location is perfect where it is surrounded by several malls. Definitely will consider coming back.

Maybe more breakfast options and varities because we had almost same breakfast for the two consecutive days.

A good business hotel in the centre of RAK. The hotel is conveniently located near malls. It has a good variety of restaurants on premises though I didn't visit of them so I can't comment on the quality and taste of the food. Mr. Sameh at the reception was extremely helpful and ensured we have a smooth and swift check in. The rooms and spacious, clean, well equipped. The view is also good. I was very pleased to receive a NPS survey at the end of my stay. This just shows how seriously Citymax takes the experience of their customers. Well done. I will definitely stay here again if I visit RAK on business

The toilet shower cabin of room 1014 does close and hence the entire bathroom gets wet when showering. The adjacent room 1015 had no such issues.
