We liked the room and smart tvs

It seems the water heater didn't really work? We had a late checkin and we're busy most of the evening/morning, so I turned on the water heater and gave it 30+ minutes and then started the shower. There didn't seem to be a difference in water temp between the hot and cold settings. As we checked out at 9 and were in a hurry, I forgot to mention it at checkout. The room was still worth it and we are looking forward to coming back

We had an exceptional experience. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made for a restful night's sleep. However, what truly stood out was the impeccable service provided by Safa at the reception. From the moment we arrived, Safa greeted us with warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure our check-in process was seamless and that all our needs were met throughout the stay. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I highly commend Safa and the entire reception team for their outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning to in the future.

Most of the people make complaints when they see something they don't like, But when they see something good deserves thanks & appreciation they consider that part of their job. I think differently. While it's our right to complain, it is also their right to thank & appreciate the good job. This is the minimum to be presented to the good people I,e, Mr MADHU, Safa, Ajid, Muhan,Anto & chandra. Very nice hotel. near almanar mall, corniche & beach. Management is applying customer satisfaction approach.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the rooms smelled fresh, which made the experience even more pleasant. I really appreciated that I got exactly what I requested — a non-smoking room. A special thank you to Asif at the reception; he was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay.

We've been frequent guests at this hotel, and usually, the staff is cooperative and accommodating, meeting our needs and requests. However, during our recent stay, we faced some issues. Upon check-in, Mr. Ajay assigned us a room that was smelly and poorly cleaned. After requesting a change, we had to wait nearly an hour to be relocated to another room, which still didn't match the quality of our previous stays. Disappointed with the experience this time.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at this property. The staff was truly amazing, and the location couldn't have been more perfect, with its proximity to the mall. The pool was delightful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would like to extend a special thanks to AYA from the reception for her exceptional hospitality. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable, and her warm welcome and genuine smile made us feel truly valued as guests. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a wonderful accommodation experience. The property was nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was huge location is ideal left to right mosque is nearby.

The only thing that affected me was the carpet in the room or in the hallway. It could do a cleaning other than that everything is 8 out of 10. Oh it can be noisy at night time. If you are a light sleeper as they have nightclub downstairs I had to use earplugs to get some sleep /not very good.

I enjoyed my recent stay at your hotel . The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff(Mr Moham & Mrs Safa ) were very friendly.My room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions. Overall, it was an excellent stay with professional, welcoming staff. I appreciated the clean room and convenient location most. Giant room and bed. Very comfortable.Great view from the room and also from the bathroom!Top wifi Walkable to great India restaurants and Arab food . Hotel has very nice cafe,too. Mall across the road and bus stop too.

I don’t know why the pool was always closed. I had no hot water shower 2 days in a row.

Main thing in this property is that guy named Asif he is so sweet with people and very good attitude with people with a sweet smile on him face. I think this management have selected the nice guy called Asif. And to say about property is ok ok but to say about Asif is lot.
