The good value in terms of rent of the room, peaceful environment and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, sofa, wardrobe and dresser with refrigerator, fully equipped with toiletries towels, tissue and water bottles, window View of city. Masjid very near, Taxies only a call away.

The location wasn't so good but it didn't matter to me because I could walk to the city center in just fifteen to twenty minutes by walk (good exercise).

Cleanliness and comfort bed.... Reception staff was helpful and amazing

HK should not knock exact 12 afternoon The door to say i have to check out .... When i have clearly mention at reception desk i ll check out by 1pm .... I think receeption should communicate with HK attendant exact time of each room which i blve not that difficlut.

Room cleaning doesn't happen regularly by default, but only by request - read it as, after pursuing!

The rooms were clean , excellent staff at the reception and the housekeeping was also of well standard .Really the staff at the reception was really polite,humble and was very accurate in providing information.keep up the good work.

Nothing but I would recommend if they had room service and kitchen very soon.Because the hotel is best for budgeting and the taking facilities from outside hotel minimize the income for hotel.However this is only suggestion.

Imran at the reception and his night shift team mate who managed to give kettle when we needed the most ... we love to come back again

I like the place it's a huge room and clean.

Just add some air freshener and slippers inside.We heard some constructioning inside.
