All inclusive package was great. Staff service was excellent, super friendly and pleasantly helpful. Meals were very good and drinks were plentiful. Pool and Beach facilities were neat and clean, well maintained. Daily room cleaning was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Apartment was spacious. Lovely view of the pool and beach.

Our upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment didn't have an open balcony with a sliding door. Very little to No natural light throughout the apartment. No windows at all in the kitchen, lounge and Bedroom. Shower space was cramped. Wifi was low in certain parts of the apartment. Windows were very dirty and obscured the view.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel also extremely happy that i could share the weekend vibes with my dogs as well. Nice hotel, beautiful view and very friendly and helpful staff starting from the front desk manager to the restaurant staff and pool stuff. The hotel is clean and nice and worth the value for money. The front desk manager Mohammed Safwat was so helpful with al my requests and made my stay pleasant. The staff form Fresco restaurant close to the pool are amazing, nice service and especially Emad is doing the best pink cocktail. If you want to enjoy a beautiful sea view, nice sea and a lovely apartment you can definitely book this hotel. Also another advantage is that they allow dogs in the hotel so my furry kids were sooooo happy. I will definitely go back for another staycation.

All was simply perfect.

I liked where it was, and the green garden where we could sit and relax and look at the sea. The staff are very friendly and polite. The beach is spacious and they provide sunbeds. There is convenient parking. We only stayed for a short time, but we loved it. The location and sea around it really made our stay special. It would be great if the duty manager could be more approachable and if the number they give for contact could be made available and responded to.

It's really hard to get through to them on the phone or WhatsApp. I've been trying to get through for three days, but I've never had any luck, not even with a duty manager on WhatsApp. It seems like the management is not as friendly as the staff. We booked a room with a balcony, but when we arrived, they had given us a room with two bedrooms and no balcony. There were no plates or forks in the kitchen. The fridge was old and the shelves were wobbly. The bedrooms and bathrooms need to be painted.

Whole personnel was very friendly, especially to the kids. Also food was very good with lot of vegetable and salad options too. Room was spacious, only downside was the enclosed terrace.

Plates were too big and heavy for the kids. Lot of russian tourists who always tried to reserve sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. It happened few times that sunbeds nearest to the sea were reserved but people did not show up all until noon. But staff can't do anything about it this is clearly issues with tourists.

Really lovely sized apartment (we took the 1 bed suite and it was ideal for a family of 4) in a perfect part of RAK - 30 seconds to the Waldorf Hotel and a 5 min drive to the Al Hamra Mall. 1 bed suites have - separate master bedroom with on suite (yes there is a door), large lounge, guest toilet & large kitchen. If you have Privilee it becomes a 9 out of 10 as you suddenly get full access to the Waldorf facilities, kids club, pools etc. Staff are super friendly and engaging.

The buffet breakfast is “Ok”, and probably the only thing that the venue scores averagely. Food gets a bit tired, but if you’re an omelette fan then there is a fresh cooking station which it great.

Amazing location, spacious penthouse apartment and great value for money. A special thanks to Raghu, the FnB manager and his team for the lovely breakfast spread and their patience with the guests in helping them with a smile inspite of the hotel being full. Credit goes to Raghu as a manager who was helping guests himself at every table. Reception staff were also extremely helpful and courteous inspite of a full hotel during national day celebrations. Kudos to the entire team!!

AMENITIES: They have 2 swimming pools which are heated ones and with enough sunloungers to accommodate us, very clean beachfront with umbrellas and sunloungers properly monitored by the life guards, Fresca Pool bar where the guests can enjoy live music and have drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) open until 23:00hrs, White Bar on the beach which serves drinks to beach goers until sunset, gymnasium, watersport activities, lounge, and many more. FOOD & DRINKS: The food selection in the buffet is really great and offers a lot of choices for us. Consisting of appetizers, vegetarian options, non-vegetarian options, salads, live cooking during breakfast, 2 types of soups every meal, desserts, coffee section, cold drinks and alcoholic drinks section, and separate order food and beverages are also available in the bar. For all inclusive, they giving a lot of choices for drinks suck as cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beers, juices, and softdrinks. Overall, the food and beverages are superb and satisfying. They will give you excellent services as well. Special mention and thanks to Ms. Magie, the lounge hostess, who assisted us in all our dining. SERVICES: Available services in the hotel is very nice. Staffers are all accommodating and respectful. They have vallet parking as well. Luggages are tagged and brought to your room. They are giving towels in pool and beach as well. Life guards are available to monitor the swimmers. LOCATION: The location of the property is very easy to locate and strategically located in beachfront area of Ras Al Khaimah along with other famous hotels. OVERALL: We are very satisfied and will recommend the property to friends, colleagues, and others.

We only booked a two-day stay only. We should have at least booked a three-day stay to further enjoy the amenities, food and drinks, and great services. Will definitely return back and book another stay here.

Nice place to unwind

The staff were not able to connect my PS5 to the TV as there were no IT on duty at that time, engineering staff came to check but failed to connect, at least there should be oncall IT to provide the needs of the costumers. If my PS5 were connected we can watch Netflix and YouTube while taking rest, only local channels were available. Hopefully next visit we will not experience it anymore.

Location was good and the premisewas neat and clean. Staff were friendly. Special mention about the cleanliness and well maintained pool and beach area.

If there is some kind of sun protection above the pool, like a transparent pergola, it would beore comfortable in the pool during daytime when the sunrays are strong.

It's a dog friendly resort , very few in uae.clean place, very big and spacious rooms and value for money. Also good breakfast options

We were told that Pets are allowed at the restaurant and pool area (not in the pool) but when we reached both the places we were not given entry as it was not allowed...the coordination between the reception and the restaurant and pool with the reception is not good. Should improve and clear instructions should be available
