no beach access, as it’s seen on the pictures and referred on the booking infos, there were works on the beach and it was closed, by the way I’ve chosen this hotel just because of the beach access

The staff was nice and welcoming. We had arrived early morning and they provided early check-in, which I'm grateful for. The room faces the sea and the beautiful bay. There are free gym, tiny sauna and steam room. ------ We stayed for 10 days, and the whole coastline was closed for the construction work, which was quite discouraging. But the hotel has a pool and two small ponds for kids, so we mostly stayed there. There is a construction site to the north of the hotel, but as I understand it's like this everywhere in the UAE. The room service was ok, for some reason they don't take change left in the room, you only can handle it in-person, I believe because of the strict law. Cleaning is daily, but they often take all towels and don't provide new, so you have to call the reception, same with toilet paper. The room view is very nice, but it can get loud in the evening till 11 p.m. There is a canteen on the 1st floor, you can get a good meal for approx. 65 UAD. We also had asked for the initial transfer (250 UAD from Sharja) and the taxi service several times at the reception desk.

The beach was closed for the construction work, but I guess it should re-open by approx. April 1st 2025. This was the biggest drawback for me. The room faces the sea, but there is also a scene of the nearby hotel in front of it where they play loud music from 9 to 11 p.m., but they always stop exacly at 11p.m. It was very audible in our room. Also I had to ask for towels several times, because they were forgetting to put them, but this was a minor issue.

First thing that I love the most is the staff. On how easily solve and overcome the issue. I would like to thank and mention most specially Ajma Khan who is really willing to lend a helping hand. He showed an exceptional service. Thank you Ajma for a very nice room you provided for us. Next is Ali from house keeping who give our request in a short period of time. 3rd is the food it's really amazing and Vue for money. This is our second visit and I would definitely chose this hotel again.

The staff they're very friendly and helpful especially Mr Abdul Al Razek we met him in the reception area, and he upgrade our room with one king size bed and one single bed with balcony and the view was amazing. The Indian staff who assisted us in the pool area was accommodating and a very welcoming aura.The restaurant was very clean, and the Indian and Egyptian staff they're very accommodating.

Unfortunately, when we booked the beach area, it was temporarily closed after we booked it, but they gave them their best to give our stay unforgettable

Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Fast and easy check in even if they were fully booked on that day. Special thanks to Promalyn for granting our request for a late check out and for making our stay a memorable one. Also I loved the room with balcony. You can see the stunning view of the whole Marjan island. Would definitely come back. It was our second time to stay at City stay beach with my family and friends.

Everything is great on regards to hotel and facilities but atleast staffs must learn to be friendly somehow on dealing with customer. Staffs aren’t smiling at all . The lady receptionist was like in a bad mood but you shouldn’t bring it in the work place. You wanted to stay and relax but staffs aren’t giving you that vibe. Even sometimes male staffs are rude when answering the phone. We are from dubai and we really like to always come on this hotel but with this kind of attitudes it makes us feel off as well. Being in the hospitality industry shouldn’t be like this. I hope this will change otherwise everthing is great on this hotel. We live their pizza from their restaurant by the way.

I really appreciate Mr. Ahmed, Mr. Yasser and the Filipino/Indian man at the reception for being so attentive, responsive and their super professional service. This review is the least I could have done to thank them. Its a comfortable hotel and great value for money, considering the fact the there is a nice pool, gym and a very clean private beach. I would highly recommend this hotel, but especially because its staff who go the extra mile to ensure that guests enjoy their stay. Alf alf shukran!

Everything was perfect about the hotel. The room were super clean. There was a particular man named hari simkhada, one of the housekeeping staff. He is so kind and gracious. He has great customer engagement. Gave me good information about nice places around that i could visit. My overall experience about the hotel is 10 over 10. I strongly recommend you all to give it a try

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever especially Mr. Ajmal Khan, Mr. Ahmad Farook, Aaqib, and lifeguard Mr. Surendera, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Room is spacious. Breakfast is averaged but I can't find desserts section or it's just I can't notice it in the restaurant with value of money that I'm paying for.

Reception's ambiance is not inviting. Maybe because of the lighting. Towels in the room are not available. We called the reception to deliver the towel which we have received. Shampoo and hand soap are interchanged in where it should be in the toilet room.
