The pearl hotel and spa is a great getaway from packed city life. Located further out in Umm Al Quwain it has all the amenities of a luxury resort without the price. Excellent value for the rooms you can decide to stay close to everyone and right next to the pool or a little further away where it's quieter. The hotel features a liquor store on site, Bavarian, Indian, and Philippino restaurants with excellent food. During the winter months you can enjoy a mouth watering tomahawk steak grilled by the pool with live entertainment and excellent staff. We greatly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for Octoberfest.

Unfortunately our meal was served to another table but once the staff realized their mistake they sent a complimentary dish without even asking. Excellent service that isn't often seen

Booked the studio with pool view, room was comfortable, clean and had amenities (dental, slippers, towels, toiletries, etc). The toiletries are really good. We had lunch at the bavarian restaurant and the food and beers are good. There's a retail store within the hotel premises that sells alcohol and mostly Filipino food products and costs way less than Dubai prices. We bought seafood from the central market nearby and borrowed a grill from the hotel, so we cooked by the beach/pool area. Shisha provided by Raad was very nice as he didn't make it too strong as per my request. Thank you to all the staff, they are very helpful in this hotel.

The air freshener in the room was overwhelming, so we turned it off and managed to sleep after. I also should have bought mosquito repellant, as we sat outside, there's a lot of mosquitos in the evening. The beach did not look inviting to swim in, but I still liked sitting by the beach to relax.

We like everything specially the staff like Sonia who go above and beyond to make our stay extra special, we really appreciate how Sonia decorated our room, our anniversary celebration indeed a memorable one, we were so surprise as we didn’t asked for it but Sonia did it. Another person that we always looking forward to see in Pearl whenever we visit is Nemish from pool bar, he is one of the best , very hospitable. The company should give appreaciation to this kind of staff like Sonia and Nimesh. Kudos to this 2. Another person who makes our stomach field wih a very tasty food is chef Priyanka, always the best.thank you chef. To all the life guard as well who always secure our safety, so sad was not able to get their names. Thank you thank you 🙏

The swimming pool is great. The flexibility of the hotel when it comes to timing. They allowed us to check in 1.5hrs prior to the scheduled check in and also allow us to do late check out for 1hr without any charges. The restaurants and their foods are nice as well. The Pearl Retail also allowed us to purchase some alcoholic stuff and non-Muslim items which saved our time instead of going to other places.

They can improve the door locks and handles for more security. Also, we are not able to swim in the beach due to cleanliness and very shallow.

The therapists we had for the massage Som, Neme and one male therapist which I forgot the name. They are very good at what they do and provided us an excellent massage 😃😃😃

On our first night we had an issue with the shower. When we came back to the room after a swim, the shower was not functioning properly and it took us 45 minutes to finish showering. I have raised the issue and immediately a technician came to the room however it requires more time to fix the issue hence I requested the technician to come back in the morning as it was almost midnight. Another technician came in the morning. It was fixed eventually. Well I guess this kind of issue could have been prevented if the room was inspected properly. Another thing, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the A/C in the room

my cat was welcome and as he walks on lead was fine to walk him and it was fun to see his reaction at 1st time seeing the ocean! there are lots of areas with pet bins so my cat not limited to litter tray I brought for room. Staff super and I felt very at ease being alone great bars and restaurants nice pool and good facilities

We really miss the whole set of complementaries that most of the hotel doesn’t have now. They have everything even without asking for it 🥰 dental kit, sewing kit, comb, shoe shine, vanity, shower cap, slippers… etc. and the first ever 2 pcs of 1.5L of water we have ever had in a hotel :) the breakfast is amazing and the body skincare is wowwww!!! They have salt & mud 🫨 it is beyond our expectations knowing that its a 3 star hotel and i wonder why its only 3 star. We’ll definitely go back again and again.

Checked in around midday without any fuss. Spacious room, comfortable bed, very clean, outstanding housekeeping staff. Daily large bottles of water complimentary. Very efficient fridge. Ability to bring own drinks etc to room. Temperature controlled infinity pool, pleasant and efficient lifeguards. Clean beach area, plenty of loungers. Great choice of restaurants onsite. Genuine desire to please from majority of staff: more friendly and positive than many 4/5* hotels we have stayed.

Access to bath/shower rather awkward, and shower screen caused floods. A walk-in shower would be easier, safer and better for water conservation. Reception staff maybe not as friendly or flexible as others (e.g. 15 min wait for return of AED200 deposit on checkout.)

The beach and the room were also great, the staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable. The food being ordered so late and delivered to my room was a fantastic addition, and the food price was very cheap, too, and the quantity was very high.

Me and all my friends and I booked this hotel as it is located near OllieDaze; I'm sure the staff are aware of this as it is literally a 2-minute drive away. Olliedaze started at 11-midday, but the hotel check-in wasn't until 2 or 3 pm. There didn't even seem to be an 'if the room is ready, you may check-in' option. Seems like the hotel is missing a trick here as in England you can usually pay a little extra to have your room from 12 mid-day. This was very frustrating as we had to go to OllieDaze, then come back at 3 just to check into our rooms, and then back again. Where as our friends who stayed at ollieDaze and other surrounding hotels, were all able to check in early.

A small quiet beachside resort with every possible option for food and beverage. An Indian Kerala restaurant(one of the best in the country), a German pub, a Philipino steakhouse, a beach club, a liquor shop, own beachside, infinity pool, family pool and a pretty decent stay conditions, I mean you just cannot have a better mix of options anywhere else ever.
