I really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Blu in Ajman. The property is beautifully modernized, with a stylish and elegant design throughout. The room I stayed in was spacious and luxurious it truly felt like a high-end hotel experience. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. I especially loved the cozy and homey atmosphere that made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of sophistication and comfort. Highly recommended!

I was initially expecting a bathtub in the room, so I was a bit surprised that there wasn’t one. Nevertheless, my overall experience was still wonderful. On a positive note, I really appreciated the thoughtful addition of a shoe polishing machine in the lobby, it’s very helpful, especially for keeping both leather and non-leather shoes clean and shiny. A small detail, but a very convenient one! I would also like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Jar was very hardworking and attentive during checkout, always ready to assist and even offered to take our photos. Another standout was the receptionist named Anim Bashir. He was very helpful throughout our stay, always assisting us whenever we needed anything in the room.

The hotel itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable — but what truly stood out was the exceptional service, especially from one of the receptionists, Saja. Saja was incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and effortless, and throughout my stay, she went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was spotless, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was superb! The staff and service were truly outstanding. I was warmly welcomed by Saja upon arrival—she ensured a swift check-in and made sure all my requests were met. She even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. When I wanted to extend my stay for a second night, she handled it immediately. Later, when my plans changed and I needed to check out early, she also assisted with the refund efficiently and without any hassle. Another staff member, Austin, took the time to show me around the hotel. Since it was my first visit to Dubai, he also gave me great suggestions on things to do and places to explore in the city. During breakfast, Kyaw provided excellent service and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located quite a distance from Dubai city center. Since I was flying out of Dubai Airport, I had to plan carefully to avoid getting caught in heavy morning traffic on the way there.

The sweet aroma wafting through the lobby added to its charm. The staff were phenomenal, particularly Khadija and saja at reception, there warm smile lit up the entire lobby. The Italian restaurant was also noteworthy, with impressive service that exceeded expectations. My room was spacious, with an enormous bathroom that was a delight to use. What truly stood out, however, was the level of service. Even the lobby front office manager, Ibrahim, took the time to offer us tea while we waited, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, my stay at the Radisson Blu Ajman was outstanding, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

-The layout of the room is excellent. We have things for all our things, all within our reach and sight. -The while hotel is also very clean -The breakfast buffet selection is also good and mindful for guests. The restaurant manager Jewel is friendly and accommodating.

-the hotel decor could use a bit more especially for the Christmas / New Year celebration. It helps sets the holiday mood . The building itself has a very luxurious look outside. The lobby could look and decor could look better. -not all staff were informed of the fireworks display in front of the hotel. The reception could have informed all the guests about it. We've meet a family who are also staying on the 1st floor who regretted missing the fireworks show because they didn't know about it and no one informed them. We got the information from Mr. Jewel and from Google.

I like the hotel stay as hotel location was quite convenient for us to attend our business meeting with fast travel between the hotel and business location. Hotel checkin experience was great and staff was courties to its guests. I would like to name Mr Syed at the checkin counter and Mr. Kamal in the room service for their courtesy and well mannered behaviour with us for smooth checkin experience.

Everything was perfect

We always love staying here. We were told we were upgraded but not so sure we were.

The only problem was instead of 3 adult guests we only had 2 so because I was told I couldnt have a discount for the 3rd adult, I was told my room was upgraded. The room did not feel like it was an upgrade. I expected a much better room for the rate I paid. This didn't take away from the stay. This hotel never disappoints. The food and beverage, valet and luggage helpers were the most friendly and helpful.

The Staff Were Just Amazing Special Thanks To Aravind who helped me from pool deck to jazz lounge, And Also Special Thanks To The Reception Guy I Forgot His Name But He Just Arrived In The Hotel From 5 Days Ago He Deserves Praises.

The Room Was Old, Furniture Was OutDated And Dirty Ripped Off & Stains Everywhere Smells Like Someone Had A Long Intercourse With SheHulk And Left TV Was Tip Aside Lamps Were Not Working & Toilet Tub Was Just Damage Floor Was Slippery Slipped 4 times but it’s alright.
