Great staff at the reception and they offered to upgrade my room to a suite for no extra charge. The suite was great, and all the facilities available in the room were great. There was a faulty water kettle, which they replaced as soon as I reported it, which was also a great service. The following morning, the staff at the ground floor restaurant area were very polite and friendly and accommodating, and there were many food choices available for the breakfast buffet. Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay for a great price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed in the suite was too soft for me but otherwise very comfortable.

Huge rooms in two bedroom suite for a family of 4. Well located at the entrance of Ajman with all bustling city life and shopping around. Yet peaceful and enjoyable stay. Had nice time with kids in the pools too which was well attended and maintained even during Ramadan!

During Ramadan, Breakfast was converted to Iftar but reception missed to inform, though the apology was courteous and polite enough to compensate.

I like the location itself. It's accessible to your immediate basic needs such as groceries as it is just a stone throw away from its distance. The staff were exceptionally courteous and has a pleasant friendly demeanor specially the bellboy who always smiles at the guests. They are also very attentive to my needs starting from providing all toiletries and the amenities they mention to offer. My experience is very positive as I am very satisfied with the quality of sleep I had. Me as a person with allergy condition was able to have a comfortable deep sleep. The location and the room itself is very spacious and not crumpy as I can feel the flow of ventilation freely. I can say the ac unit is clean without any emitting dustmites. Overall 100 stars for me. Definitely and delightfully, I still want to come back. 😍

staff are great and parking is shaded and plentiful and safe. hotel management are cooperative and takes care of their customers. breakfast is not bad and for a very descent price. room service is fast. a bug supermarket and many facilities are just a walking distance here including a pharmacy.

its get a bit noisy on the weekends and they need to control rowdy and loud guests here.

Clean, close to lulu superstore, spacious room, good view of city, Good WiFi connection ,friendly staff,I came bit early, staff was helpful to allow early check in.

I didn't like Check in and out process. They deposit AED100 on arrival. They will give you that back on check out, in cash. I wanted my money to be refunded back to my account as I paid by card but they only refund in cash. Next day when I check out they first check the room and ask you to wait for few minutes. I don't like this extra process as I stayed in other hotels in Dubai, no one ask for security deposit. Room Interior is old but still clean.

We had been caught in the chaos at DXB after the flooding. We had been awake for 36 hours.The hotel room was a haven before our 3am flight from Sharjah airport. The hotel allowed us to book in early for a decent sleep and allowed us to have our breakfast when we arrived rather than miss it as we had to leave at midnight. It gave us a warm welcome and allowed us to gear ourselves up for the next attempt to get home which we did. 48 hours later than expected.

Great value for money. Had a wonderful 1 BR apartment with lots of space. Only missed a way to warm up some food, but fridge was OK. The room was spaceous and clean. The bed and pillows very cozy. The sofa was OK, not new and a little bit used already, big bath room was great with shower and new bath tub. All in all a great experience and a super friendly staff. Big Thank you to Norma from customer relation ship department, who gave me the opportunity to extend my stay by another 5 days at a great rate. Also a great Thank you to the bell boys who helped me transferring to another room and helping with my plenty of luggage. Pool was OK, a bit small but still good enough to cool down and unwind. Quiet location, a bit of from town center, but everything just very near, from LuLu Supermarket, to restaurants, barbers and spa.

TV screen was not really clearly visible and blurred, CR in my second smaller room could need some uplifting but was still tolerable. Limited cooking or kitchen facilities. Its a bit off from the center of Ajman, and sometimes needs some patience until a taxi pops by.

For some unknown reason the check-in personnel has assigned a room that was already occupied. To compensate for this mistake they assigned us a far better room, where we stayed excellently. Nice swimming pool on the hotel rooftop. Free parking available inside the building.

Staff super helpful, excellent manager. I forgot my laptop in front of the lift and the hotel manager went over and above the call of duty to check the security cameras and returned my laptop to me in person. Thank you Mr. Mohammed. Room clean and serviced every day. I can sincerely recommend the hotel as the best value I received in Ajman.
