Very spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms, very helpful staff, excellent food in hotel’s restaurant for each meal, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, food selected for tourists from the outside of the region, especially tasty when cooked by a very nice girl from Algieria (thank you), very useful bus shuttle - free of charge, to the private beach (shared with Ramada Beach Hotel and Wyndham next to it), and to Dubai Mall.

Rooms could have been cleaner. I stayed in other Ramada hotel in Ajman 3 years ago and the private Beach then was nicer. The one available now is next to some construction site, where they did some demolishion

The location was good and easy to reach. Room was excellent with a kitchen good bathroom. I wish the pillow size is a bit smaller was difficult to sleep with a high pillow and was tossing and turning. This is not a negative point but woudl be great if you can add in a small size pillow. Rest everything i like about the this hotel. Thank you to Emma the front staff and the rest of them. Additionally, mention to the housekeeping people and the dining area staff. special shout out to the lady from Morocco. I forgot to ask her name.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Ramada Hotel in Ajman! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly kind and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist with any request truly made a difference and made my experience even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to the chefs, who not only prepared some of the most delicious meals I’ve ever had but also took the time to engage in warm and friendly conversations. It felt like a personal touch that made dining here so much more enjoyable. The beach staff were also exceptional, always attentive and eager to ensure my comfort by the sea. Everyone from the reception to the housekeeping team was so accommodating, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. It’s clear that the entire team is dedicated to providing top-notch service. Overall, my stay at Ramada Hotel was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service!

Things I Like: The hotel is impressively clean, tidy, and well-maintained The environment is calm and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay Manager Aun went above and beyond in handling our requests with professionalism and care Another manager (whose name I didn’t catch) also provided excellent support—great teamwork from the staff

Important red flag for families: If you book for two adults and bring children over 5 years old, the hotel charges an additional 50% per child for breakfast These unexpected costs can quickly add up and were not clearly stated during booking For families traveling with young children, I would recommend considering alternative accommodations where kids can stay and eat without these extra fees The bathroom was smelly.

Rooms were big and clean with a kitchen. Breakfast spread is huge. This is probably the largest spread I have seen in a while (I am vegetarian) Facilities - pool, steam, sauna are available. Probably even a gym is available although I didn't check for it. Staff is good and welcoming - Waleed was helpful.

Location is in the main city away from the beach. Lots of construction activity going on in Ajman city and hence road closures \ diversions, which is why most navigation maps were providing wrong directions and took a lot of time to get there. Maybe hotel should provide clear directions to their guests after booking. Location is slightly far from the beach although bus transfers are available. There's always a queue for breakfast. There are probably 3 buildings with guests and only one location for all of them for breakfast and hence gets crowded and have to wait to get a table. Pool is indoor and seemed small.

After the previous guest(s) the pipes in my room were clogged both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. A call to the reception quickly solved the issue and the plumber fixed everything in 5 minutes
