The stuff we're very helpful and absolutely nice and kind . The inverment was stunning. I really enjoyed it much .

One thing only . The swimming pool was small and in door I wish they had a big pool in roof with the city view and United Arab Emirates weather fits out side pool

Everything is good Alain Hotel is best hotel in Ajman yes ,the owner are really trying despite the up and down in business, they still make sure guests are very comfortable during their stay , everything is perfect and clean

Everything at the hotel was superb 👌right away from the reception to the rooms,the place is clean and tidy,,,,the staffs are attentive and welcoming. It's indeed a home away from home, I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family, and I will be coming back again 😀

The whole team is amazing and the property is clean regardless of some few cockroaches The swimming pool guy is amazing.

Indeed my stay was awesome 👌, the receptionists are accommodating, more thanks to Mr. Suman and miss Ayesha who made my check in smooth,the room was clean and comfortable, I will definitely recommend to my friends and I will be coming back.

Everything is fine. I suggest three items must be added at every room. 1- Pray mat 2- Disposable shoes (specially for washrooms) 3- At least one power socket having USB outlet.

The best thing was the treatment of the staff excellent smile and calmness I choose this hotel for the second time because it is quiet places

Reception staff especially Mr Shahzaib, guide us throughout our way to Hotel and cooperative and welcoming behaviour we found from staff as well.

Water must be available in fridge and fridge must be working.

I like the hotel and staff very nice and friendly. One reception guy from Pakistan at night shift I forget name.but he's very nice and friendly. This is my first time and I will come again soon with friends. Thanks again
