Checkin Staff was hugely helpful and guided us thoroughly! He also gave us whatever discount he could offer. Absolutely pleasant check-in experience.

The lock in one of the bathroom was defective and hence was a cause of concern. The kids playing room had hardly anything working (electronic games, the room is called Pirate Bay).

all rooms have sea and pool view. Breakfast spread was amazing.

Pool needs a little of cleanliness. For dinner you should have ala-carte in the main restaurant

The warm hospitality and the quick service of the complete staff starting from the front desk Ms Alexandra, House Keeping staff Mr Majid, Life Guards Mr Usman & Mr Sham, the drinks counter staff Mr Nair and finally the Valet team was truly exceptional & we couldn’t ask for more. The hospitality service given by the hotel was world class. I can’t stop thanking the full staffs for making our stay the most memorable one so far. Finally I met Mr Mohamed and told him the overall experience we can’t just describe by mere words. It’s fabulous and wonderful. I recommended this hotel 100/100

Nothing is there which I can say I didn’t like about the property. Everything was so well organized and well maintained. The cleanliness is of the highest standards.

The hotel INSIDE is very nice. I enjoyed the pool area and the cosy café in the lobby. Furthermore I got an upgrade for a suite which was a very nice gesture due to the fact that it was my second stay.

Around the hotel there are reconstruction sites with noise all over the day. The 5 minutes walk to the hotel´s beach also leads you through a small path with reconstruction sites to the left and right. All in all it´s not the ideal environment at the moment to spend a relaxing summer holidays here.

Overall it is very beautiful and cozy , clean and neat . However I’d highly suggest you to add a toolkit (toothbrush,toothpaste etc…). Staff are all friendly especially Jitu from the housekeeping department and Uresha from the Liwan restaurant, their service honestly is beyond outstanding.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the WiFi connection, even though the reception told me it has been improved but still it’s very bad. I think you should have done something to make it better

Breakfast was excellent. Was a peaceful hotel with good staff . Beach was great.

The room was cold , AC was always switching back on. Mattress was too hard . Too much work going on everywhere’s spoiled the area.the design of the wrought iron balconies were a major health and safety hazard for a 2 year old who could climb the internal ones and throw things through the external ones, as he did within an hour of being there , he could have caused a serious injury but thankfully it missed everyone below .

. Beach is located across the road (5 to 7 minutes walk) and free club car pick and drop service every 2 to 3 minutes. . Complimentary upgrade. . Overall satisfactory stay.

.Construction on land next to the hotel, so a bit noisy. . Far from the food street by walk. By taxi, about 5 minutes (AED 10) . Play area for kids not functional 100%. Should be made fully operational. Also, restaurants and shops on the promenade were not fully operational.

The staff were absolutely amazing and helped us in such a friendly manner; it felt incredibly comfortable. They upgraded our room to a suite, and their kindness truly stood out.

The construction noise outside was noticeable. Room service was decent; however, the cleaning of the bed sheets and overall tidiness seemed a bit lacking. I suspect the staff member who came to assist us was new and may have been a bit confused, as he overlooked a few areas that needed attention.

It has a good pool but expected it to be cleaner. The room was so comfortable. The pirates club was also a good place to spend some time with the kids. It does need renovation however it serves the purpose. The breakfast was good but expected it to be of bigger variety and to change a bit on daily basis as we spend three days there and it was the same with very minor changes if any. The staff were very helpful especially Majid who took care of our room and was always checking in if anything is needed.

It needs to be renovated however the stay overall was good.
