Unlike some other complaints posted here. We had an excellent stay ay RAK hotel. Check in / out was quick. Lot of parking spaces available. The room was clean, well furnished, smelled good, AC was excellent, the buffet breakfast and dinner was good ( could be improved for better), service was great, staff everywhere were courteous, the whole property was clean, bed was great, linen was clean and cosy. The mattress was perfect, we had great sleep. AC was cold, no complaints. Rooms are according to posted pictures. Noiseless at night. No disturbance. WiFi was great with good speed. The swimming pool was medium-sized. There's a nice mangroves Promenade close by for leisure walk.
The only issue we had was the Omlette station during the breakfast, The chef was overloaded being alone and had issues managing the orders. I would suggest to give him an assistant during weekend days rush for better experience. The TV has very limited programmes, this should be looked at.

The location is easily accessible, calm to spend time with your family and friends during holiday. Moreover, the place is well secured with packing facility available all the time whenever you arrive.
At the moment, I cannot say there was anything that I didn't like.

“The hotel was nice and clean. Staff and room service were friendly. Breakfast was delicious with decent options to choose from. Gym have to many option and huge space. Zeshan was very friendly with us

The hotels atmosphere is comfortable. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely finger licking good.😁 The pool is fantastic it is big and clean🤩. I would definitely recommend it as a great place for a quick getaway. Would definitely be returning soon.
