Beautiful camp in the middle of nowhere, lots of space to walk around and for activities, Trees and Birds are all around the place, loved tree house accommodation with AC and basic amenities, staff behavior and food variety is pretty good, Veg Friendly menu, Night Entertainment specially Fire Dance was awesome. overall memorable stay

Approach road to camp is in horrible state not at all remommended for driving your sedan , Don't opt to drive unless you Have SUV or 4x4, Taxi can never reach this place. Resort Guiding Direction boards on Off Road are few leading to confusion. Booking vehicle with resort seems a better option.

Staff was amazing , we were late as driving from Abu Dhabi but they waited for us to open the buffet and start the second part of the animation. Much much appreciated! Otherwise the room was a great and new experience to us and our kids who loved it (we had booked 2 elevated tree houses as we were 4).

Location can be tricky to find , especially that we arrived at night . Lots of tour operators buses in the evening for the show - very touristic - but majority of them left at the end of the dinner leaving us in a quiet and enjoyable environment .

I have booked this stay to celebrate my husband's birthday, we preferred a quiet stay enjoying the nature and appealing climate, the stay was very comfortable and the staff was super helpful. I have asked them to set up the room with balloons for birthday , they have done that and even went out of the way and provided a small birthday cake during the performance, it was a nice surprise to both of us :) The stay was very pleasant and the amenities were nice.

The dinner and breakfast was not upto the mark, could have made it a lot better

The camping staff (the ones actually working for the camping, not the people selling stuff) are really nice, very attentive and kind. Femine was really attentive and nice, as well as the staff at dinner and at breakfast, remembering we were vegetarians and helping us out with what to choose.The place and the show is nice. Be mindful of the people who try to sell you stuff while the show is happening before dinner.

Please, do not fall for the scam of the sand bottles. There was this guy called Adam who tried to charge us 450AED for a customized sand bottle. Absolutely ridiculous and outraging. We saw the whole process which is nice and all, but when it came the moment to pay he said it was 45AED and then proceed to charge 450 (over 120usd, seriously), refusing to give the money back later on. He ended up giving some money back, but we still paid a lot of money for something you can buy for 50-100DHS tops even at Dubai Mall. Somehow it was our fault for not asking for the price first, we assumed it would be overpriced but not this ridiculous. It kind of ruined the mood for us. If it wasn't for that it would have been a nice experience overall.

Everything was wonderful. My stay at Dunez Safari and Camping in the tree house was simply incredible! The experience was beyond words.Surrounded by the vast desert landscape, the place managed to blend the desert charm with a nature-friendly approach. Despite being in the desert, the camp promoted eco-friendly practices, showcasing a harmonious coexistence with the environment. Highly recommended for those seeking a unique desert adventure with a touch of nature conservation

We checked-in @3:30pm, we're so excited to see our deluxe doom, we were surprised with lots of balloons and our birthday celebrant was extremely happy especially the cake during the dinner, many thanks to all the staff - so friendly. We enjoyed the buffet dinner with lived BBQ, pasta & shawarma, and impressive entertainment, Tannourah show, belly dance & the stunning fire show. Wish we could have tried the afternoon activities like the short camel rides & sand boarding but still sweltering outside; so, we decided to stay & enjoy our room, perfect temperature and so comfortable. Welcome Arabic coffee & dates, chilled soft drinks +water we're available; we wanted to get the small henna painting, but we were so occupied with the shows and the food. The next day, Fawas had preferred a wonderful breakfast for us <3 thank you so much really appreciated... Enjoyed the beauty of RAK desert :) took some photos then we check-out @10am.. We'll definitely come back again on cold weather.

Warm water in the bathroom; we should have asked you guys how to adjust the temperature :) next time. Suggested to Femine to have more promos for the drinks :) per bottle is bit pricey; also, shisha discount pls.

For a camping trip, honestly they did exceptional. Water in the shower was boiling hot, AC in the rooms was cold, the entertainment was family friendly - as were staff. I also got the chance to meet the owner Mr Femine and the camp manager Mr Stephen and they made sure my partner and I had a fantastic personalised stay for his birthday.

Whilst there was a good selection of food on offer for both breakfast and dinner, I think they could have been warmed a little better.

staffs are courteous. Lot of activities. everything will go as planned without any delay.

I booked the tree house and it did not have a shower. please mention it while booking.

Location was deep in the desert, which I liked the most.Breakfast was good , can be more better.Overall it was a good , The Suites in which we stayed were perfect for staycation.

In Breakfast, no facility for tea, coffee, bread toast, etc. No Live kitchen, can be improved to make a much better experience.

The team at Dunes Camping and safari took excellent care of us. It is not common to find a business that truly cares about the customer, which the team at the Dunes does. I stayed in the Deluxe Dome which had a private bathroom just outside. I look forward to visiting again with a bigger group in the near future. Highly recommended!
