I liked the architecture, pleasant workers and the overall stay very much.

I have booked a premium room with the lagoon view, and I have got the one looking at another building, even though you have to pay extra for the view. When we spoke to the team they told us that sometimes is partial sea view and not always the full view. If this is the case, I would recommend not charging your guests extra money if you cannot ensure the view. Also, for all inclusive guests nothing was available apart from the Cinnamon restaurant, that was pretty disappointing.

This was my very best hotel experience ever and everything was absolutely perfect. Upon my arrival I received a warm welcome and a great drink. Moments later he hotel givd me a breathtaking surprise when offered to upgrade my room to as sea view room . The cove rotana All the team made my vacation unforgettable and I will definitely come back soon again. Breakfast was really amazing and I loved the views from my hotel room. You can never get enough of it. The room was clean and you also get benefits like fresh fruit or lovely phone call from reception asking if you like your stay. I liked everything about the hotel, but what I don't like is that the staff was sometimes late to move me from my place of residence, I think because of the large size of the hotel. The other thing is that the pillow wasn't a bit comfortable, but the rest of the things were great.

The location was amazing. Staff are professional & very friendly, they make you feel at home. View & landscape is breathtaking. Facilities are good.

Just minor comments regarding the room: 1) The electric sockets weren’t all working at the room, I was only able to use 2 for my external devices out of all the ones available at the room. 2) There was a stove in the kitchen which wasn’t working. 3) I found a drop of blood on the bedsheet. 4) There should be a note warning the guests about mosquitoes. 5) The AC isn’t really user friendly to adjust.

first ,according to huge of the place they have service for golf cars to take you to the room from lobby and also when you need to g to lobby but they have problems you have to wait about 20 mins to go to your room 20 mins to go out side. Secondly,they don’t have different cuisines in there restaurant for that you have to go out side which is far from the city about 10 km . Thirdly , They will collect from you deposit when you reach there for check in about 500 AED. Fourthly, you must Take Towel card from if you lost the towel or card they will didactic from your deposit about 75 AED

The six of us only stayed for one night in a 3-bedroom family villa. We made the most of the facilities taking the Saturday Brunch, Room Service, Breakfast and the terrace bar as well as the pools and poolside cafe. The resort is lovely, wonderful views, great facilities and friendly staff. Great to walk along the beach or up through the winding lanes from the beach to the reception/F&B areas. The 3 rooms in the villa are all well-equipped and sizeable, ours was beautifully located near the F&B outlets with great views over the Gulf from each room - having their own private terrace including the private pool terrace.

I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ras Al Khaimah!

I suggest you provide more ways of commuting in addition to the golf cars. Bicycles or E-Scooters for example.
