Rooms were big.

AC at the room we checked in wasn't working (11:30PM), upon complaining at reception they changed the room to 9th floor. Due to loud music from night club, we requested again to change room (by 1:00 am). Again they arranged another room on 4th floor by 2:00 am, which was OK. Sleep got disturbed due to the room switching. Good thing is that they were responding to complaints.

The front desk staffs really amazing they way of talking smiling 😃 face way dealing to clients it's fully professionally and rooms very neat hygienic rooms I'm next time staying at grand PG hotel again I will meet to this property thank for cleaning my room and thank you to my stay is peace special thanks to Front desk

There is no tea coffee amenities available we are staying it's mean our stay should peaceful and enjoying 😊

Comfortable of the bed and room space No noise, very calm and silent room also very clean

When I was booking i clearly told them the check in time but I waited for there to check in 30 minutes in the lobby area reception

The environment is cool and calm

Fire alarms was activated without any notification to the guest and it caused panic, we almost ran out of the room. Room 7004 toilet room needs to check because there was water leakage from the ceiling and going through tube light which is so dengerou. Apart from that i love everything about the hotel and I advise other to logged there.

I like the place the rooms the location easy to find.

The service is to weak specially if you need something to fix or you ask help they don't care why?? The TV The moment we reached I called the customer service to send someone to fix it until we leave the hotel no one come to fix it even I called many many times.. 2nd if you ask the hospitality service so weak I ask towel more they gave us after 3 hours I kept calling te customer service to remind.. 3nd possible to fixed the shower 🚿. Or in general the place is so nice the room so good but make it sure they check what's the problem more required for attention. Thanks.

The hospitality & the profftionalesm & the orgnizational understanding of the staff , The cool air conditioning the view & the wide corridors the clean toilets & the clean towels

The basket bens that still got some papers & leftovers from the previous bookings by the time i cheaked in .. thats all

The bin.. was not empty .. not a big deal though it was the weekend & surely the domistic staff were super busy , hopeful next time it will be sorted out

Room was quite specious, clean. Bathrooms was good with all amenities. Hotel is on main road and malls so easy to access. Only room fridge is not working. Food and services was good

The reception was welcoming and flexible to attend to us in time and made available for us to check in without any delays. He was polite and showed us concern which every guest loves. I appreciate and will soon visit.

The TV weren't working.

I like the location and the staff always try their best to ever let us check in before the normal time, which i really appreciate.
