The layout of the property was clean ,light and airy.it was easy to navigate with pushchairs and young children . Staff were always smiling a d polite to us The hotel had cosy areas around the lobby which offered extra seating space where you could have some quite time to be on your own or just have a pit stop with young children when coming or going back to the hotel room . The hotel had a a calm comfortable atmosphere where the ambiance was perfect and enjoyable. staff were very hospitable which made the hotel feel welcoming .

Pool area was definitely understaffed . It was not always open when you wanted something like a cold drink /mocktail or ice cream . Ordering food by the pool was a mammoth task . it would take the one staff over 30/45 minutes to bring you anything . ordering food by the pool area was stressful especially with young children had been swimming and were hungry and had to wait a long time More staff are needed to serve the guest to make give a stress free experience when by the pool. Also to big up the Life guard who was great around the pool and very visible .

Excellent size of rooms (interconnecting) with large seating area. Excellent standard of cleaning in the bathroom. Great sized pool, just be mindful that there are ladders only into the water if you have mobility issues. Lovely seating areas around pool. Very good value and service at the pool side bar. Valet parking provided and was fine, not sure if always the case but parking was on the hotel approach road and not out of the sun. Overall, good value for money and ideally located to get a taxi to nearby attractions such as the National Museum.

Our lunch order got mixed up and delayed in the bar. We were very understanding of this as these things happen but it was disappointing as it wasn't busy; the staff were lovely and apologetic however nothing offered to remedy the situation. Room carpet needs cleaning, furniture a little worn - we would have mentioned this on leaving but receptionist didn't ask us about our stay. Not the hotels fault, but some guests were not mindful of the pool rules and very noisy.

Wonderful Stay – Memorable Experience! The swimming pool was excellent and spacious, perfect for relaxing. The location had a cozy, welcoming vibe, and the staff were incredibly cooperative and approachable throughout my stay. As a first-time guest, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade — a thoughtful gesture that truly elevated the experience. Basketball court is not maintained properly.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-appointed, featuring new, modern furniture that added both comfort and style. Breakfast was of very good quality, though it would be even better with a wider selection of items such as gluten-free bread and lactose-free dairy products, to better accommodate guests with dietary restrictions. The juices offered were of average quality and could be improved. That said, the highlight of my stay was the staff — they were genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to help, making the overall experience truly welcoming.

I would have loved to extend my stay, but unfortunately the price doubled by the third night, which made it less feasible. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel, as it’s understandably limited due to the small number of guests—unlike breakfast, which was much better in terms of variety and quality.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Ras Al Khaimah from July 4th to 5th, and it was a truly pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard double room, but to our surprise, the hotel generously upgraded us — a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself was spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness maintained in both the rooms and public areas. Breakfast was another highlight — the variety and quality of the food were excellent. Everything was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Hilton Garden Inn, Ras Al Khaimah to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run hotel with great service.

We arrived quite late due to the long drive and the hotel staffs from the Bellman to the Reception were very accommodative and assist to make sure that our check in was fast. We got to our room within 15 mins. from time of arrival. And I like that the Bellman even park our car so we don't have to worry about this. Perhaps this is normal service in the UAE, but in Malaysia where I come from, Bellman only park VIP cars :)

I cannot comment on this as I didn't have the chance to use the facilities or dining. It was just a very short stay. But we like the hotel location and spacious room very much.

The reception desk did not give me back my Emirates ID upon checking. They did not pass the information to give it back to me during check out the next day. When calling them after I get back to Dubai they confirmed having my Emirates ID but telling me they were unable to courrier it to me as the hotel has no contract with courrier company. Hard to believe that a huge hotel group like Hilton does not have a courrier servie working with them. They propose to send it by taxi at AED 200 cost. I managed to get my agent in RAK to pick-it up and send to me for AED 63 by aramex. Lack of communication between two reception desk teams??

Few things to know about this hotel. - the swimming pool is heated, which make it very nice in chilly weather. - no balconies on rooms, but you have a huge glass panels to view the surrounding. - no beach there, just swimming pool. No shuttle to nearby beach. - the breakfast open buffet option are really great. - prices of set menu items are decent. For example, kids chicken strips with fries, costs 30 AED. It was really tasty. - Billiard table and baby foot are next to the pool. It is a nice place to stay.

The service was excellent from check in time till check out. On arrival the Concierge was already waiting to take our luggage without delay, reception was efficient and changed my room immediately for smoking room although it was not requested for earlier. Surprise arrangement for my wife for her belated birthday with a cake. Every morning during breakfast we would be asked about our stay and if there is anything we needed. Check out time housekeeping team member helped with our luggage never said to call Concierge. Team members were friendly, helpful, observant, anticipated guests needs and very positive. They really extended service from the heart. Special mention to Natasha of Reception and Dharsarath from housekeeping for exceptional service. 5 star service in a 4 star hotel. Recommended and will come again in the near future

Nothing and that our stay was short.

The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the walk in shower and the generous range of toiletries. The room is located next to a small mall which has excellent shops; we got a lot of good buys there. There is an amazing fish restaurant close by. The pool is large and clean and the pool staff attentive. We had a good meal in the restaurant on the first night and again the staff were lovely. The valet parking was very efficient despite being very busy on a hot day. I would stay here again.

On check in my sister shared her Hilton club number and we asked if we could have a room upgrade or even just a room with a nice view. The receptionist said that this could all be achieved. However, on entering the room we had been given neither. I would have preferred honesty.
