I didn't expect to have a decent and clean room this time because I came here before. They made some renovation so I wasn't expecting that the room was nicer. Excellent so far.

Poor Wi-Fi connection. It would be great if there is better Wi-Fi connection. They should work on that

Decent. Life guards were nice looking after my niece when we left her alone to enjoy the pool more. Receptionist always smiles. Refrigerator cools up quickly.

Called up to borrow cleaning materials so we could clean up the place before leaving, reception said they will send someone but no one showed up. No cold water on the room at the garage. No electric stove.

We didn’t receive any breakfast i was expecting on it

I was really expecting that we will have our breakfast we paid included the breakfast but where ? but no one inform us or visit in our room and the wifi is not working

I like the place as you can park the car inside , exactly Infront of the room. good place if you are having friends to party

the pool as it’s cold and no rough heater in o warm the water

quiet and privacy is excellent

there are damaged and spalled concrete on walls outside the structure, some damaged paint on wall inside the rooms. but i do understand because i saw some technicians in the other villa that they are rectifying some issues

The pool should have something for kids like slides or water falls. Pools are not attractive

We like the rooms, so spacious. And the pool also is very nice; the water is very clean.

There's a problem with the wifi.

The staff at reception were very polite and helpful - they gave us a late check-out and upgraded us from a studio to a villa free of charge. The villa was very clean, spacious, private and even included a kitchen. The bedlinen was fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. To be honest this was much more than we expected for this price and we were really happy!
