This was a very lovely place to stay! Close to the other attractions of the area (including start of the trekking to the Mount Batur, Hot springs). We loved the possibility to get fresh fruit juices on the spot! Team was very helpfull, not only in the area, but also helping to organise other activities.

There are only few staff members who were able to communicate in English, so sometimes we needed to wait or improvise on the spot :) Breakfast options are limited - omlet or pencakes, no fruits available. And last note - there is no shade in the property, so keep in mind to get your umbrella or any other cover next to the lovely hot spring pool!

Staff were very kind helping with our bags and set up the tours for us.room was very nice. Hot spring pool was highlight and the views were incredible. Really nice restaurant next door that has stunning fire pits and mulled wine.

No hair dryer, so many flies but not the villas fault but bring mosquito spray as I was eaten alive with only 15% deet spray, needed atleast 50% here. We found the tour to hike mt batur expensive for two people is costs 900,000.

Absolutely loved it. Incredible views. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean (rare in Bali if our past bookings are anything to go by). The bed was very, very comfy, and the Aircon worked very well. The hot spring pools outside were lovely - two at different heats. Kintamani is a bit colder than other places in Bali, so the pools were so welcome. Perfect base to go up Mt Batur. The staff even agreed to make breakfast for us despite us returning at 11.30 after the trek. All staff were lovely, though not the best at English. Given a free welcome juice on arrival. The staff can also cook food for you on request (prices were on a menu in our room). There is a fridge at the reception desk that has beers, soda and water in. It's about a 10 minute walk to the main road where there is an indomaret and a few different warungs if you're looking for something else. We tried to cancel our next hotel to stay there another 2 days, but unfortunately they were fully booked 😭

The road leading in was rocky - we felt guilty that our taxi driver had to drive up there. On the second day there were flies everywhere outside. This wasn't the case the first day, so not sure if this is based on the weather? Not much that Bali Astetic could do about either of these things.

The place exceeded our expectations since it was super nice and quiet, the mattress was huge and super comfortable, and we didn't know there was a pool with hot and warm water from the hot springs! This was amazing. We are traveling with our little son, and we sleep the three of us in the same bed, and the one here was one of the biggest and more comfy we have found. Spending time just relaxing at the little hot water pool and enjoying the mountain views was great. We liked a lot. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The whole area is full of flies. This is not particular from the hotel, but the whole area. During day and night, the place is super quiet and nice. Only early morning you will hear noise from all motorbikes going up the road.

rooms are spacious and comfy the local thermal water pool is amazing staff is very friendly and accommodating the nearby mount Batur trail is very close by

the furniture in the room was a bit off - a sofa was cutting the bed access on one side. breakfast is very basic the location is pretty much empty - very few restaurants or stores access is through an unpaved road

The staff was wonderful! Very friendly and helpful. The manager, Hadi, was absolutely fantastic! Very accommodating and helpful. Devi and Lia were simply amazing! They were very sweet and made sure that everything was tidy and that breakfast was ready with a smile each day. The staff here were just great! The thermal pool was very relaxing to soak in after a long day. Thank you Hadi, Devi and Lia for such a nice visit - can't wait to visit again!

Food choices could be improved. There was no option for any meals other than breakfast. And although breakfast was made fresh and served hot out of the kitchen (Thank you Devi and Lia!) the breakfast options were somewhat limited with either banana pancakes or an omelet available. It would have been nice to have an additional option or two to choose from.

Modern little unit with personal hot spring outdoor tub. Was very clean, cute and tidy. Bathroom and shower were nice. Beautiful view, although when were there it was very hazy.

Very loud insects chirping all day. Lots of flies. Location was a bit off the beaten path. Not much within walking distance, so you will need a scooter.

Location brilliant, great views all round and right non the tracks up to the summit of Mount Batur's central volcano. The hot spring pools are perfect after a climb or excursion round the area.

Location can be hard to find up a short rough track, signage could help. Plug sockets and switches in rooms badly located but only minor inconvenience.

Location was slightly secluded. Road towards the Villa is very rocky but don’t let it stop you. The view from the Villa was very spectacular, taking a dip in the pool and hot tub, overseeing the Batur Lake and the Mountain opposite. No need for air conditioning as it is very breezy and it gets cooler at night. Adi, the host, was very helpful. He gave me lifts to and fro shops, ATMs and laundry. The Villa also assist with transportation in a very convenient price, we looked at other prices but the Villa price tops it off (the driver, punctual).

The path to the Villa is very rocky and quite a few stray dogs welcome you with growls and howls, owners aren’t always there to shoo them away. The room gets filled with flies at night, praying Mantis, Cockroaches, Beetles 🪲 and other colourful insects that we’ve not encountered yet. In the morning, the floor would be swamped with small flies, of which we swept and didn’t mind. Daily housekeeping would be a suggestion. No shop onsite as per listed and laundry.

Awesome view, great warm thermal pool, the breakfast was ok, very quiet and peaceful.

The family room shower can definitely do with a facelift and a shower curtain to stop the whole bathroom floor from getting wet. The road to the property was very hard on the car, but that is in keeping with this area as all roads are privately owned - the road is unsealed and the signposting off the main road is not great - we had to ask for directions.
