Staff friendly. Lovely pool area for CDMX and price. Easy to get to but way up high 8,500 ft that makes a difference. Great breakfast. Convenience store and cafes downstairs were nice. Try the CableBus but you still have to Uber to the hotel. There are a few rooms with a terrace and mine was great!

The staff was excellent, very courteous, professional but above all very warm. There are many activities to do inside the facilities as well and the food is exceptional, my favorite without a doubt was the breakfast. The location of the hotel is honestly one of the safest spots in the city, no matter the time of day or night you can walk around the neighborhood without any problem, its also located pretty much 30 minutes from every major Hotspot area or city attraction. The rooms are also nicely and comfortably designed.

Breakfast was great. Room was large and had everything you needed. Communication was ok but some staff didn’t speak English.

There was a bad smell sometimes in our kitchen. I think coming from the sink. You can’t open the windows so no fresh air. We had also a couple of times where we had no hot water.

1. Access to the front is managed by a security company, very rude with our Uber and to us. 2. I don’t have a problem paying the stay, but the price depicted by booking was absolutely off to what we ended paying at the property. The final actual price should be published to take better decisions when it comes to price and hotel. Actually, the hotel had a better rate than booking when I asked the clerk.

Breakfast was excellent... and the staff there is the best I have ever encountered.

The ONLY negative is the coffee... it is horrible. The regular coffee that sits on the counter by the two doors to enter/ exit the kitchen area.

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. The rooma has everything you need, including mi fridge, microwave and coffee machine. The toiletries in the bathroom are good quality. Location is great.

Parking is expensive even with the discount for hotel guests. They dont take cards to pay the parking ticket, and there are no ATMs in the building. It would be easier if you were able to pay the parking at the hotel, to have it charged to your card.

The hotel is a 5 * hotel it has all the amenities you can ask for in a hotel also it’s location is amazing staying in the 17th floor the Jew is breathtaking

I really like the buffet, so delicious. Also it was an amazing experience for me and my couple, so comfy and very good, definitely perfect to stay a few days and have a great time alone with your couple and enjoy the amenities. The pool temperature was excellent, the rooms were very clean, everything was so nice!

There was nothing that I didn't like just the towels, in my opinion, I think the're a little bit small.

Perfect location, staffs were great. Breakfast was okay. Front desk staffs were amazing, helpful in numerous ways.
