This was my best stay ever so far. The first day we stayed at Hotel Casablanca, which was supposedly even more luxurious than Haris hotel. Well the hotel was very old and the air conditioners did not work. I am so glad that I finally made my 2nd booking at Harris! The mall was on location, just with the elevator to the lobby and less than 1 minute walk you are at the mall. Service was also great and every day your room was cleaned! I will come back to Indonesia next year, and I will also book Harris hotel again!

I found the beds too stiff. Also I messaged and called thru WhatsApp the hotel a few times to confirm with our airport pick up but nobody answered me until i reached the hotel. I had to ask some friends who arrived a few days ahead of me to ask for the instructions of the airport pick up and relay it to me.

The staff are beautiful - very accommodating and pleasant. Everything is clean and so comfortable and well maintained. Even the shower soap smells nice, not too strong or chemical. Rooftop pool is nice.

Lack of info in the rooms but it was no big deal. You can ring reception about anything. Aircon systems have a smell of damp but that’s standard in Jakarta which is hot and humid.

This was my second stay at Harris Hotel, and once again, I chose the suites. I noticed a significant improvement in the service, especially with the receptionist being very accommodating and attentive. The room was clean and sophisticated, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The price was affordable, making it a great value for the quality provided. The location is very convenient, especially for those needing access to MKG. Special mention goes to the floor/room manager, Nailul. He was particularly attentive, catering to my needs with additional amenities and water. With this level of service, I will no doubt stay here again every time I visit Jakarta.

This is my go-to hotel stay for Jakarta for anything 1 week+, it's very good value for your money. The hotel is in an excellent location; attached to Kelapa Gading Mall and lots of shops, restaurants, and cafes all around the area. The in-house restaurant is 24hrs/day. The facilities are great, The staff are always awesome. The laundry service is same day and not expensive. And the rooms are big, comfortable, and clean. I recommend this hotel all the time to friends and family.

The staff didn't vacuum the carpet. They focus on the bed and everything else. We could see from the cookie crumbs my son left on the carpet.

Bed, bathroom, room lighting etc were excellent! Clean, quiet and comfy. We had busy days but the night sleeps at Harris were always pleasant and relaxing. Also the location right next to Gading malls is just amazing. Never ran out of things to do/visit.

Hotel lift had quite a strong perfume..? Breakfast buffet ends at 10 which might be a bit early for some of the slow holidays people. Though they can just go to the mall restaurants after 10 which are plentiful.

I like the location where there is a mega mall connected from the lobby. You can find all types of food and also shops for kids to adults. Plus a cinema where I can grab a movie when I arrived on a weekend.

The breakfast choices can be better as the variety is pretty much the same in my one week stay. Maybe the hotel can offer some package with the malls for shopping.

I like the location as it is link to a mega mall where I can find many restaurants and shopping. The room is also clean and spacious plus the area is not very noisy so can have very good rest after a long day work.

The wifi could be better with auto reconnection functions rather than connecting every time when needed. The breakfast can also be improved with more variety. 1 week there, the selections become very limited. Plus, in-room slippers if can provide more comfy type will be better as the slipper size don't fit well hurts.

I extended my stay from an original 3 nights at the hotel to 4 nights. This was a great stay for work. The room itself was modern, clean and spacious with good facilities such as fast WiFi, a powerful rain shower in the bathroom and a comfortable bed. Within the hotel there was a nice swimming pool and gym and best of all- the hotel is located in a vast shopping mall with a huge range of shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It served its purpose perfectly and I would recommend for those travelling to this area of Jakarta for either work

The key card I had needed to be replaced a couple of times which was a bit annoying but easily fixed by the attentive staff. I didn't find the breakfast to be amazing but again for the price you can't complain.

Room was super comfortable. The flooring is made up of wooden tiles so your feet don't get shock from the cold . They also provide a small bag of very essential amenities, which also includes a hair tie , which was really thoughtful. Staff , especially the ones at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Location was just next to a huge mall . Perfect! Breakfast was a very decent spread for the price you pay .

At night when I came back at about 12.30am , the hotel lobby looks quite dimmed and quiet . But that's not a major deal.
