An excellent choice. Everything was perfect, immaculate, and comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was hearty and nicely presented. They served us a la carte, and there were several good options to choose from (see menu picture). Aside from the main breakfast choice we received coffee, orange juice, toast, butter, jam and fresh fruits. We had breakfast by the pool, in the lovely gardens, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. Thank you!

Other guests arriving late, close to midnight, and talking loudly on the phone in the hallway. I don't think many people realize how unpleasant it is to be woken up by late arrivals. However, this is beyond the hotel's control, and I am sure we were just unlucky to have this happening.

Room was nice and clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is OK, but if you want to walk to the nice downtown it's about a 20-30min walk (of which you can stroll most along the ocean promenade). We could park our rental car on the premises, which was great. Would stay there again.

If you want to shop for groceries it's a bit difficult. There's a large shopping mall close by but it's all about non-food. Your only option are the small Tienda Six stores.

the breakfast were really good. I loved the pool and for the location we had a bit of problem to find the place but once we found it it was really nice.

we were travelling with friends who were staying in another hotel without a pool, the hotel was charging 200 pesos per person for the utilization of the pool this was a bit ridiculous to us. the pool was empty and I was the only swimming I didn't like that I understand if we would have liked to invite 10 persons but it was two persons of 65 years old.

Clean and comfortable hotel with breakfast included and served by very efficient staff. It's near a big shopping mall (Las Galerias). Overall, good value for money.

The Internet was very poor considering the hotel obviously caters for business people. It is a little out of town so to eat requires a 5 to 10 minute taxi ride to get into the town centre.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice and has a vegetarian option. The hotel is close to the town and seafront by car. Good wifi. Nice pool. Liked the little private veranda outside our room, which was a bonus. Good value for money

The furniture is very dated in the rooms and could do with modernizing.

Very nice staff, excellent breakfast, very clean room and equiped with everything you need. Outside is a very nice garden with a swiming pool which you can use on a hot day.

The location is a bit remote from the old center, but it is only 10 min with a taxy....cost from 45-65 MXN.

The accomodation is very nice, the staff is really kind and helpful. It is close to the malecón, there is a big mall in 5 minutes walking distance. The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious and offered multiple options to choose from, which you could also combine with eachother. The staff was also very kind to help with questions regarding nearby points of interests. The hotel also includes a big pool in the garden.

The hotel is pretty hard to find if you are not familiar with the city. It has two names, our collectivo driver didn't know the first one, but when we mentioned the second name, he already realized which hotel we are talking about. The road that leads to the hotel is pretty short, but the first part is a bit sketchy looking. The road is a bit abandoned on the first section, it gives the feeling that it is not a good neighbourhood, which isn't the case. I know it is not something the hotel can work on, but still, it is the first thing you notice when you are trying to find your place to stay.

Pool was small and dirty I don’t know why Booking gives a name different from the actual hotel name. It can be quite confusing

Lovely hotel with a nice pool in a leafy courtyard. The staff were amazing, they had pride in their jobs and hotel and kept it super clean. They could not have been nicer! Breakfast was a bonus too :)

The beds could be updated

Good place for exploring Edzná and Campeche. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is OK.

The room was small and the bed was narrowest compared to other places.
