Great location on the main Street. We stayed in the master room which was beautiful - nicely decorated and very large. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good as well, they were happy to adapt things to be vegan. Oh and nice quiet (albeit) small swimming pool to relax in. We stayed an extra day because we liked the town and hotel so much.

Nothing really. At a push I’d mention that as it is on the Main Street it could be a bit loud outside but with the air con going (which is needed in the heat!), we couldn’t hear much and it did not affect our sleep at all.

It’s a very quaint hotel and very old building with period features and decor. The hotel has great location near the food district and historic parts of the city. The food was good, however they only serve breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

Amazing looking hotel, makes you feel like royalty. Huge rooms, high ceilings. Colonial style furniture. Nice internal patio that feels like the extension of the rooms.

The room was noisy until very late at night (we got a room facing the street). breakfast - nothing to write home about (far from on par with the hotel).

A sin gluten option would be welcome for breakfast, but a problem in whole of Mexico. My husband was sick (diarrhea) and did not have breakfast at all, which was included in the room rate. Asked for take away for him to eat maybe later wenn he feels better, maybe sandwich or so. They offered only eggs, fruit or juice, the stuff you do not want when diarrhea. Asked for a sandwich, but we needed to pay for that. Than we can buy a fresh one on the road too! As we left we saw other people beeing served bread with their breakfast, so were disappointed. I did bring my own sin gluten bread, so what would a bit of cheese and ham cost them extra??? That kind of service would really made a huge difference, more than the bookmarkpresent at check out ;-).

Hotel is beautiful but over priced and a little tired. Staff were outstanding and very accommodating it’s really expensive for what it is

Nothing to do in Campeche

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The fine furniture, the tiled floors, the high ceilings and the size or our suite were all pleasant surprises and made our stay very pleasant. The staff, and everybody we met in Campeche, were helpful and hospitable in a genuine way. We felt like pampered guests. The entrance to the hotel is on the street where all the restaurants are and is otherwise very well located. The included breakfasts were excellent too.

Beautifully appointed- many intimate areas to relax, chat or just contemplate your surroundings throughout the hotel. Also nicest bathroom and best shower ever!

Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town area .... just step out the front door for literally dozens of restaurants and bistros. Our suite, and 1st floor balcony seating area overlooking the interior courtyard were excellent. Staff were always friendly and attentive and the breakfast in the courtyard was very good.

The pool and surrounding area we somewhat minimalist.

Everything. Best hotel from my trip to Mexico without a doubt. The location is perfect, the staff is really helpful the room is amazing and confortable. It gives this colonial vibe to the visit to Campeche. The breakfast was super tasty and it was served in the hotel main patio which is beautiful.

I should have stayed more days here.
