The place is new, very clean the rooms are nice and the exterior stuff is well maintained The staff is super friendly and polite, the food is very tasty and expensive BUT are many “ no go again” or “ one time and that’s it”

The bed mattress is hard as a rock and very uncomfortable, you can hear everything from your right and left room neighbors and the room’s door is there just not to be seen inside as for the noise you ca hear anything and everything trough it. You pay a lot of money for what? These aspects are the most important things for a hotel room and at Razlem are not okay! AND the prices for any meal or drink at the restaurant are just ridiculously high!

The location of the property and the bungalows is spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The hot tub was fantastic overlooking the tributary and listening to the birds was truly magical. The bungalows are small but perfect and overall we loved our stay despite the niggles below.

The room wasn’t cleaned to a particularly high standard during our stay. The terrace was quite dirty but the time we left and the hot tub cover was covered in insects - these were not cleaned daily. The hot tub water was pretty gross by the time we left too and this should have been cleaned daily. It wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay. Finally - our son was ill with an ear infection during our stay. The receptionist was useless and could only recommend an ENT specialist over an hour away and didn’t seem to understand why I expected the hotel to have medical information readily available. In the end, the manager found a GP but this took far longer than it should have.

food is good, nice location, nice restaurant, nice sitting area, nice gym, nice surroundings, nice terrace, nice bungalows, nice stuff at the restaurant!

jacuzzi didn’t have warm water, it was cold even though they promise it will be ready in a couple of hours there is no spa, no indoor pool or sauna or massage the internet was not good

The property is new, very clean, well maintained and has beautiful views. You can't use a ton of the onsite facilities (like the pool that is closed) in the off season but everyone was still very friendly and helpful. We loved our boat tour we were able to book through the property and the restaurant on site had fabulous food including the breakfast which was included with our stay. I would highly recommend staying here if you would like to go to the Danube Delta.

The bungalow is amazing (the view and amenities)! It is private & you have 2 sunbeds + a jacuzzi. You can try fishing there as well if you ask for a rod. Breakfast is 10/10 and you can even have it delivered to your room. I personally recommend kayaking there as it’s relaxing & you do a bit of sport as well. However i believe what makes it special is the staff, they are so welcoming, friendly & eager to help. I definitely recommend this place & i hope to come back!

Amazing location, bring your mosquito repellent, you’ll be as advertised in the middle of the nature. (Which we preferred in our case)

Not to complain but I would have preferred to have the jacuzzi protected from the insects.

Excellent and quiet setting, quality hotel, lots of amenities and To-do alternatives around. The restaurant is also a valuable asset.
