This place , yes you pd a lot for it for sth east Asia, I done 4 months in vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, and this place was incredible , the view I got with a balcony was on 7th floor , overlooking the Mekong , stunning 😍..the bed so comfy, fridge good , aircon perfect, wifi good , bathroom best I've had in the 4 months , I pd for the buffet $5 US and believe me, go for it it was dam good! The hotel was top notch and the reception was huge and beautuful, staff also , always smiling so nice! 😀 I would say go there without question, yes the price is high, but i believe it is worth it! Loved 😍 it!

I loved it all, but honestly I think breakfast could be included in this price, or even a voucher for a discount for breakfast, but, I'd go back again without hesitation and pay for breakfast !

I had a wonderful view of the Mekong River and the room was appealingly furnished. The staff of the hotel were very helpful, and I appreciated their ability to speak in English. I enjoyed the breakfast which offered Chinese, Khmer, and Continental fare. I only wish I could have enjoyed the facility for a longer stay.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past and I never encountered a problem, but this time I could not get hot water in the shower. I didn't have time to ask the staff to remedy it but I am sure they would have done so had I asked. Besides, who needs really hot water in steamy Cambodia anyway?

A few minutes walk from Virak Buntham bus stop. Room had a balcony and view. Bed comfortable. Seating area and table. Enormous amount of cupboard space for my few clothes :) One of the lifts was also scenic :) Reception staff helpful though little English. Onsite cafe/breakfast area near reception and other cafes/riverside stroll area very close.

There was a kettle but strangely located electrical sockets so I had to move furniture around and use the extension board I travel with to plug it in. There is bench space but not really a desk area.

The restaurant. Not the food which was good. But the waitresses which barely understand english, always smiling and aknowledging, but at the end they don't have a clue of what you have asked for, and it turns into big disapointement at the end. For an hotel of this quality, it should be fixed asap: absolutely not at the right level, and it may ditter overall rating.

it’s located on the waterfront so our room had a lovely view. The hotel has two restaurants and bars. Breakfast was good. We both had a very nice omelette. The rooftop restaurant/bar is great in the evening with a nice breeze and fantastic views. The bed was large and very comfortable with nice linens. Staff was extremely helpful.

They didn’t have housekeeping come in even though we were there for two days so we had to ask for extra towels since we were showering a lot. it was very hot and humid and we were exploring in bicycles. I also had to empty the bins in the room myself and ask fir new bin bags. There were small ants in the bathroom.

Great location, view, service and breakfast. They even washed our dirty car after coming from the Province during rainy season. The free steam and pool was appreciated, along with the massage next door. The lounge chairs were comfortable, and made it a lovely room.

Some unpleasant smell in the room- like someone had smoked in there and it lingered on the curtains

Our room had lovely views of the river and was spacious and comfortable. Location was pretty central - and check out Smile Restaurant just down the road - it’s amazing!

The breakfast is very basic with limited options but is fine. The swimming pool is next door to the hotel so you need to leave the property and go to the spa. It is a shallow wading pool in a building but fine.

Wonderfu panoramic l views of the river from this 7th floor suite. Large room very comfortably furnished. Great location on the river front. Staff were friendly and very professional.

Some of the soft furnishings were stained. Air conditioning thermostat didn't seem to work & the room was very cold overnight.

Our room was on the 8th floor with a view of the Mekong and the bridge over the Mekong. The room had a balcony. The riverside promenade was right across the street from the hotel as well as lots of small restaurants and food stalls. The breakfast was good.

We liked everything, but stayed just for one night.

A centrally located business hotel. Staff was very friendly, but they were not much use for organizing onward travel (business hotel, not tourist hotel!). My room had a nice view from the 5th floor on the Mekong river and there is a roof tares with an even better view of the Mekong and surrounding area.
