We really loved our stay and made us think immediately of coming back. Super friendly staff, easy check-in/out. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. Absolutely unbeatable location, as the title says, right in front of the beach. This part of la Ciotat is very family and children friendly as the beaches are shallow and well protected. Fantastic value for money in a great location. If you are into anything fancy this is not the place, but it is also not trying to be that. Would return without a doubt with my family.

The apartments could come a little better equipped kitchen if you are planning on staying for more than 5 days. Other than that, it does seem like the city is having some problems with sewage water and sometimes it smells around the area. I asked and it is not the hotel's problem, but the city.

Really great apartment right in the middle of the beach and restaurants, but quiet and comfortable. Spacious place with a comfortable bed. We got good recommendations and help with whatever we needed from our hostess. La Ciotat is a pretty place with great beaches and good walking. We came on an extremely busy holiday (Labor Day-May 1st) but were helped and accommodated.

It was great, but the parking spaces are limited and you might or might not get one. We did, as did others who checked in just before us. Maybe the maybe-maybe not was due to the busy holiday. It was so nice to have a secure place to pull in and park when we were done with our day.

Location is great as it's right on the beach. There's no shade on the beach though during the day though so it's difficult for small children to be out long at the beach. Food options nearby are limited to takeaway/ fast food. The room itself was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4 with small children (although limited natural light - we had a ground floor apartment). Wifi was good enough to take work calls.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke.

The location is really amazing - it is a stone's throw from a lovely, clean, well maintained beach in a beautiful bay. There are lots of excellent restaurants around and a good beachfront cafe-restaurant just in front of the apartments. The staff are great - Dominique in particular was really helpful. The Accueil on the ground floor is open each morning so you can ask questions etc.

It's not a question of not liking - we had a wonderful stay. I would just note that we are an older couple with slightly reduced mobility and there is no lift to the rooms with sea view. According to the website there is an accessible apartment on the ground floor but without a sea view. We had a lovely apartment on the first floor with a large sea view terrace which is stunning, but the kitchen area is a little more confined. However it is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable.

Dominique was helpful and friendly and accommodating. She assist answering our questions. We had a relaxing time once we were able to access our room.

We arrive after midnight. I thought I was booking a hotel with 24 hour desk. We did not receive the access codes so we were locked outside the gate. We called the number a couple of times and finally someone responded. Dominique was helpful and friendly in getting us into the hotel.

The location was amazing - right across from the beach and near lots of shops, restaurants, markets and things to see and do. The apartment was comfortable. The mattress was firm but comfortable and the shower was fabulous! Dominique met us at the time we said we would arrive and explained how to open the gates and car park gates. She provided us with maps and information about the local area. She showed us how to use the washing machine and dryer facilities and where things were located in the apartment. She was lovely!

Nothing really. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was really easy to find. My only feedback would be on cleanliness and we felt that the floors needed a deep wash. They weren't visibly dirty but we did notice that our feet needed a clean before jumping into bed at night after walking around the apartment. It wasn't anything major and didn't affect our enjoyment of our stay.

If I have to mention one thing it was the experience with The “sweet” online check in process. It needs maybe a technical update we faced some challenges but all were resolved in the end

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated with comfortable beds and air conditioning; it was quiet with a beautiful view of the sea. The location is great: just across the street from the beach, and a 15-20 min walk to the port, with beautiful sea views along the way. The building is secure (codes to open doors) and the staff and owners were lovely, extremely helpful and gave great tips and recommendations.

Location was amazing! Apartment was very well equipped and super clean. The bathroom / shower is fabulous. Staff were lovely!

Bed was very uncomfortable for us. It was quite hard and we both didn’t sleep very well but everything else made up for it.

Spacious.

The shower needs a curtain. Otherwise the water gets all over the bathroom.
