Outside the hotel almost nobody speaks English, very problematic to communicate if you do not speak good Italien. Furniture outdated, but expected at that price. Swimming pool with quite a cold water (mid September), !caps needed!, closed during 'siesta' (as well as a lot of restaurants) eggs for breakfast were cold every day We requested chairs for the balcony (there are none) and it was denied.

The hotel looks average from the outside but is extremely well appointed within. The staff are friendly and very efficient. They know what they’re doing; excellent employees. It’s a lovely place! Also very good VFM.

Car parking within the compound and at the entrance is a bit awkward due to the confined space. Some of the building fabric needs a makeover.

Look past the slightly outdated decor of the bedroom and this is a gem. The room was very large with a good bathroom. There were two small balconies, with enough room for two with a table. The view was lovely. The hotel has its own beach which is lovely and clean with warm, shallow water. The staff were excellent, always happy to help with any request. Our evening meal and breakfast were plentiful and tasty. At breakfast, there was an array of choice (I particularly liked the croissants which could be filled with a choice of delicious fillings). The hotel is located right on the seafront and also close to many other amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Great Service, nice team, very kind and friendly. Nice and tidy room, good view to the beach. Very good setting - just on the promenade and at the end of the road, easy access by car or foot to Montesilvano and Pescara center.

Reception and restaurant staff were excellent!! Restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced. Beach is very nice but weather prevented us from enjoying it.

Our room was small, hard to feel comfortable. Nightclub on property next door was very loud and open late. Did not sleep well. Understand this was out of the hotel's ability to control.

The staff were amazing and very kind with my mum with dementia. They were all really helpful. The room was clean and bug with a great view of the sea. Breakfast was great and the restaurant had good food too.
