Convenient off the main highway. Gas and food nearby. It was well lit at night. Quiet and was able to get sleep. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They let us bring our cat for a small fee. And they have laundry available on site.

My only complaint was the bathroom. The toilet smelled bad like urine. The toilet seat was very flimsy and when you went to sit on it it would slide to the side. The shower floor was slippery and both myself and my boyfriend almost fell when we each went to take a shower. The door handle on the inside of the main bathroom door had brown stains on it. We have no idea what was on it.

Room was spacious and comfortable

Check in was difficult because there was only one person working the desk and our room was not ready. Our room was not cleaned the second day, even after being brought to the attention of management. One manager told us we could not have a late check-out, But another said we could.

Extremely clean. Staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good. Exercise room has up to date equipment and good selection of free weights. I love love love the built-in bench along the side of the room for suitcases and the hooks to hang jackets and additional smaller bags, etc. It seems every hotel we frequent has just one folding luggage rack and we have to figure out a "non-floor" location for the other suitcase because most hotels don't have extra racks laying around. We don't leave items of any kind on the floor except shoes in case there are any infestation issues. It was also great that there was hard flooring at the entrance where we could leave our shoes.

Room rate was a bit on the high side.

We stayed for 6 days and it was great. Are the breakfast multiple times. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was super helpful anytime we needed anything. The front desk staff was kind even when there was a computer glitch. All around good stay.

It’s a nice place. We’re usually staying for a week or more and the rooms are nice for that. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The staff is always super helpful and friendly!

The bed could’ve been more comfortable. I originally asked if we could have a first floor room, due to mom being 93 and hoping she wouldn’t have to walk that far. We got there and was told the only option was on third floor. She was none to happy!! So she probably won’t there next time we visit family

I appreciated that I could get a pet-friendly room on the first floor for a reasonable surcharge. (A flat fee of $30). There were also poop bags provided outside the door closest to my room.

Electric car-charging spots are few and far between in this part of Illinois. I hope that will change in the coming years!

Location was great, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was excellent!

The only down fall was there was a dead bug on the floor as soon as we opened the door, was worried about other bugs…. Second the bed to me was too hard like some kinda support was in the middle.

Front desk person was kind but talked to fast I was trying to explain my points and he was not listening just wanted to rush me . Didn’t explain the hotel at all as in where things were or times for anything like breakfast etc..

Everything was great, the staff, the rooms, breakfast, location. We had a great stay, would highly recommend.

It’d be awesome if the breakfast hours during the week were the same as the weekends.
