We enjoyed our 3 nights at Spar hotel, the apartment was spacious, clean and bed super comfortable, the aircon very effective and very quiet. The location was excellent for us, in walking distance to lots of restaurant options and just across the road from Ibrahim palace. Staff was friendly and most helpful - when our jug wasn't working we got a replacement one in no time

Only a small thing - the kitchen utensils and cutlery supply could be better, there was not much useful for preparing own meals. Also towels supply would be nice.

It was ok. It was nothing special or woow. The palce is a bit rundown and could do with a bit of renovation. The staff barely speak good English so it was a bit difficult. They were ok but again nothing woow. The place in general needs a good renovation and improving. If you are desperate and want something relatively cheap for a night it is ok.

Well the staff could be a bit more friendly or welcoming. As I said it was not horrible but I think if they imrpoved there is a lot of potential and could be a very nice place to stay at. At the moment it needs a lot of work.

We stayed in two bedroom apartment. It’s spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is across the street from Ibrahim Palace. We just walked to go to the Souq. Very strategic and convenient. Parking is available in front of the building. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

At walking distance from the market and many stores. Apartment is big and has a living room and kitchenette. The studio-style apartments had microwave but not the other apartment.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, affordable, and has a lot of parking spaces. We asked for an iron and we got one with a new ironing board. The interior design is the icing on the cake.

The AC is extremely cold. There are pots but no stovetop or a microwave. However, we didn't need them and didn't ask either but it would have been good to have.

When travelling with 2 kids it is great to find an accomodation with one bedroom and a living roomwith sofa, that you can turn into a bed for one or two kids. This way you do not have to pay for two bedroom apartment and save on price substantially.

English was little spoken, however all wishes were fulfilled, despite language dificulites.

The Parkings were good but not fully built yet and to get to it you had to walk around the hotel.

The location is excellent, withing walking distance of Souq al-Qaisariyyah as well as other historic sites. Pleasant, cool and spacious room with a small kitchen area. Flexible check-in and check-out times.

You should bring your own towel! Or maybe you can try asking for one at the reception. But there are no towels in the rooms as a default – this is common in similar hotels in Saudi.
