Front desk staff was super helpful and kind!

Not having towels for the pool, and asking for people to pay for pool chairs is not ok for a hotel at this price. Also, there were 3 pool boys having a blast in the pool one night, which I totally don’t mind, but they were using inappropriate language around the families there and that wasn’t ok. Another employer, looked like he was their manager (with lighter hair in blue shirt) told them to leave, they ignored him and he clearly didn’t care to reinforce it as he laid out on the chair until it was closing time.

Great view, great location. Room was clean and AC was ok. Staff is very professional and kind.

Even you pay good price for stay, you need to pay deck chair on beach or even on pool. It should be includen in price at least chairs on the pool because you need bracelet as gest to enter in.

Hotel had a private parking, close proximity to the sea. Rooms were clean, food good. Staff helpful. Dubrovnik is an hour away, Ston 20 minutes, and Pelješac 30 minutes. We enjoyed here. The hotel poll was great, clean and spacious.

We didn't like long wait on an elevator, food could be a bit more diverse, as we were her for seven days. Didn't like to pay extra for the sun umbrella on the pool, as a hotel guest but OK 5 EUR per day is not that expensive.

Great location, and the pool is awesome. Rooms are super nice and clean and comfortable, and the staff is really kind and helpful. I've stayed here before, and if opportunity presents itself, I'd stay here again nevertheless.

What I didn't like was that we had to pay for the pool chairs, I feel the price of the room should cover this as well.

All in all the hotel was good; the room was clean and big enough with fantastic see view. I enjoyed sitting near the outside pool.

The staff was polite but not so helpful. I'm a bit disappointed with the breakfast offering: no seasonal fruit and veggies. Instead, they served beans with onions early in the morning. Luckily, there was a fantastic seafood restaurant nearby.

Location of hotel is amazing, only a few steps down to the beach. The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. Balcony with sea and pool view.

The air conditioning was not always working and it was hot out.

breakfast and dinner were really good, with a lot of options for everyone. Hotel and rooms are clean. The beach is a bit crowded but that is normal during the seasons. An alternative is the pool that had areas for little kids and for adults.

Location is superb, it's right where you want to be when visiting Neum. Our room is with balcony and sea view, so it really has an amazing view of the adriatic sea.

Food (breakfast & dinner) can be better.
