Very nice place and environment (plants, palms ...) Great for families with children. Great pool and playground area. The only thing we missed there was a shallow pool for small children. The smaller pool is still some 80cm deep I would say, maybe a bit more or less. Two supermarkets and a good restaurant next door.

- 15 minutes' walk from the nearest beach. Most beaches are private and expensive. - No elevator. - Room service only once in 14 days. You must clean and throw out the garbage yourself even at the end of your stay. Hotel charges 12 euros for an extra bed sheet. - If you want airconditioning, you must close the balcony door which means you cannot sit outside and have the airconditioning on inside. - No sofa in the apartment. - The hotel applies no rules for parking and occupying pool beds. Although we paid, we could not park on some days because various guests would park their car over two parking slots. Some guests would put towels on many pool beds even before the pool opened at 9am to "reserve" them. Of course, these were the best ones. The hotel should do something to avoid this.

Great pool, lots of fun for small children. It was quite calm, even if neighbours came with children. Very nice and helpful staff!

Quite small terrace. Mosquitoes. Lots of them. The apartment was next to banana trees so there was some big insects there (big bees or even hornets). They were calm but still if you have phobia I would consider changing the apartment. Please pay attention that the apartment may differ in comparison with photographs. Beds can be in different position/room so check that at the beginning if it's important for you.

There is a kids playground, 2 swimming pools and a cold water tub. Kind and welcoming staff. There’s a grill house pizzeria and 2 supermarkets placed next to the apartments. They have a transport service but never tried.

Apartment interior needs some improvement I stayed in rm355. The apartment was in the terrace with reduced space the price in booking for sure doesn’t justify that space to be consulted as a high mq room with lack of space. Maybe mention those rooms as terrace.Kindly put some decent cloth hanger hooks in the bathroom. The Check out time is at 10am (this was already mentioned in their rules.) As a holiday stay I would have preferred to sleep a bit more and doing check out at 12 o’clock.

It was around 15 min walk to the see and beach was overloaded, we found better beach in Cerno which was 10min by car. I really didn't like the check out time 10oclock. The facility also don't offer using shower after check out.

It is a complex of vacation apartments. Great for children and families. We were looking for a place where we can have a swimming pool on site and separate rooms for children and parents without paying for two hotel rooms, and the choice was really limited. We have found this combination in Diano Sporting. I talked with one guy who said it was one of the few places they found that allowed dogs. Looks like it is mostly visited by foreign (DE/CH/NL/BE) families. Not many really small children, I would say the average age of children was around 11-12 years. The main bonus is the own swimming pools. One larger (max depth 1.4 meter I think) and a smaller one, as well as a small "splash park" with a water slide for younger children. Rooms are fine, and anyway that is not what we were coming for. There is a possibility to do laundry, a vending machine, ping-pong table, kicker table (in a not so good shape). A supermarket BASKO is 100 meters away. The restaurant at Diano Bowling just next to the property is great. Pizzeria and grill. We went there 3 evenings in 15 days, the only place we went more then once. Tends to be completely occupied on Fr/Sa/Su, so reserve in advance. They also have (an old) mini-golf course and, well, bowling (didn't try). Otherwise there are lots of restaurants and take aways (focaccia were great) at Diano Marina (10-15 minutes walking). Diano Castello is worth a short visit, there is also a nice somewhat higher level restaurant (reservation needed). For nice beaches with water clean enough to see fishes we went to Cervo, Molo Landini, Imperia, Sanremo.

The swimming pool is closed as 19.00. However private beach facilities are also closing around this time, so maybe it is just common there. We would love if the swimming pool would be open later (like until 22.00-23.00) 1 or 2 days per week.

I liked the pools and also the barbecue place.On top there is a pool specially for children up to two years, like a small Aquapark. Big balconies with bushes of oregano, rosemary, etc. Quite impressive!

I did not liked the costs. I mean, when paid the package, and reached there I found out that I need to pay the parking, all kind of city taxes and so on. Quite windy in the area

There is a nice swimming pool and spray park for kids. There is also a playground. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a big terrace outside the room. 2 supermarkets and a restaurant close by.

Very welcoming and friendly stuff. good facilities, pool and the ability to take a bike. the area and rooms are clean, beds were comfy. amazing view from the balcony. there is a supermarket nearby and a lot of places to eat

it’s located a bit far from the train station (for those who come by train). we came quite late and walked at night 25 min to the hotel. there is a possibility to order a taxi in advance, but we didn’t know about that. overall, great experience!

Pool was nice and clean.The Apartment was nice,Master bed was comfy.Bathroom overall,good and nice.Kitchen had everything we needed.TV was working :). Onsite,secure Parking.Very nice and maintained Garden .

Pool water could have been a little bit warmer as the See was still to cold.The single beds were quite Hard and not too comfy.Bathroom Ventilator wasn‘t really doing much 🙈.

Very clean apartment and complex, beautiful outside area and garden, excellent facilities, especially if you travel with kids. Lots of parking available.

We had to pay extra for a baby cot, in my opinion this should be a free service. We also only got given one toilet paper roll for 3 adults.
