room was large, had fridge and room had AC - staff friendly and evening restaurant was great...

breakfast was very poor, not much selection and western tastes not catered for at all - which is fine, but not when you have no options for food elsewhere.

I like the place is near to the downtown , is clean, and the staff is awesome

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel and the first time was very impressive. We now have a different room which is much bigger than the one we got before. Anyway, we still love the cleanliness and the size of the room. It has full-length glass window so the natural light comes in making the room look bright and airy. The mattress and the pillows were soft and comfortable, There was a sofa, a table in the kitchen and some chairs which is very convenient for working remotely. Their breakfast was amazing, too. The staff were absolutely marvelous and they were very respectful and warm-hearted. Our newly-washed clothes even came back to us in the afternoon of the same day they got the laundry. Their managers were absolutely helpful.

Please do not bother reading the vacation brochures presented in the lobby. We obtained some copies and became really interested in the tour alternatives for visitors. We chose "tour 1," which involved visiting a lychee farm and observing the lychee plants from a tiny boat in a creek. The following stop was at a pottery. None of the employees knew anything about these trips, and even the driver of the car we leased didn't know where we were going, so we ended up spending 90% of our time in the car. We spent half a day driving around in circles seeking for the lychee farm, which no one knows where, not even the locals. The driver then took us to a large ceramic store full of elegant jars that were nothing like the one pictured on the booklet. We became really frustrated and decided to return to the hotel. The staff was able to calm us down and offer us something to make us feel better.
