I just stayed for one night and this place definitely fitted my needs of the day. I wanted a clean and cosy place. And I was welcomed in small but really personal and convenient place. The friendly owner created two capsule-style dorms with surprisingly many facilities regarding the small flat. Every bed has curtains, its own ventilator and a cupboard for storage. If you have a bigger suitcase you can lock it with a chain locker in the small doorway. As guest you can definitely tell that the host likes anime and Japan since the place is decorated with noren-curtain, Monkey D. Ruffy-character and souvenirs from Hokkaido. The is also shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, water cooker, water suspender provided. The location of this place is not in the city center. But in a neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. It is located in an apartment block and all the blocks next to it look the same. I did not stay in a place like this in Vietnam so far. So for me the whole location was interesting. You can definitely tell that I like this place. Keep in mind that it is a small apartment. But it is used efficiently and provides a comfy atmosphere.

Lovely and new, very clean and comfortable good pressure of hot water shower gel & shampoo supplied set in a lovely area of Hai phong with lots and lots of great food outlet and Tea and coffee shops. Feels more like France than Vietnam. Second time staying here for New Years eve stayed 3 nights in total due to the great chilled area the hostel is located in. Better than Hanoi due to not many tourist visit Hai phong! which makes the stay more enjoyable as you embrace the real culture of local life in Vietnam.

Everything was amazing. It's. Small place with the reception and just behind, the rooms and bathroom. Everything is pretty clean, both room, beds and bathroom. It's such a cute and adorable place. There's ac, fan and private fan in the room, the wifi is awesome. There are curtains. Locker, so you have privacy. Bathroom is good with a great shower and hot water. If i ever come back to this city, I would for sure stay there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and market and the reception woman is pretty kind.

The location is quite far from the city centre, bus and train stations.

Pruksa town (location of this hotel) is modern and relatively quiet. The hotel's owner is very kind and responsive. The hotel itself is equipped with everything needed (and it's getting more equipped, since it's brand new hotel)

Pruksa town don't have public bus stops (maybe I didn't managed to find) Staff's knowledge of English is basic, but who really needs it when we have a Google Translate? 😁

The hostel was nice and very clean ! If you have to spend few nights in Hai Phong you should book this guesthouse !

The beds are very private and very comfortable. The host is an amazing person and makes a tremendous effort to ensure the hostel is kept nice and clean. The area the hostel is in is nice and relaxed.
